“Whoever built this hotel opted for a top-of-the-line design package. This is a newish, well-appointed hotel. The common areas offer a variety of seating options, all very pleasant. Everything, including our room, was clean. The bed was super comfy, as at all Hilton properties. For once in recent experience, the hotel bathroom had enough towel bars and hooks, not to mention very nice, very absorbent towels. Because we are late risers, we didn't take advantage of breakfast here, but the bar was a nice place to hang out after returning from dinner (although the bartender did make my bourbon-and-soda order with 7-Up--oops!).”

“Great lobby, room was clean and brand new. Glass door shower without a spot on it. Breakfast was good and had a good variety. I enjoyed that they had almond milk for cereal instead of only dairy options. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby on a back road so you don't have to go back on the highway. Only bad part would be the pool appeared to be stained and dirty. There were some pretty big scary dead spiders in there. Saw about two. Pool just needs improvement and I'd give 5 stars”

I called, before I booked the stay, and I spoke with Lindsey. She was friendly, informative, and courteous. I arrived and got checked in by Kayla. She was friendly, efficient, and kind. The next morning, I met Gordon, who ran the dining area. He was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Everyone was great! My room was comfortable and quiet for me and my two dogs, and the breakfast buffet food was delicious. My day had been rough, starting with some very unexpected and pretty severe car issues, but I am thankful for this hotel and its amazing staff.”

“I can’t say enough good things about our stay here! Instead of trying to find someone to watch our dog for a night when our families aren’t nearby, we wanted to bring her with us while visiting Field of Screams. This hotel was so welcoming and pet friendly and even gave us a bag of treats for her. She’s a little nervous, so it was a great setup to be able to go from the elevator almost directly outside without taking her through a busy lobby. The room was modern and very clean with a wonderful kitchenette. Fast check in and out using the app. Great location close to a lot of things and easy parking! This is the face of a very satisfied customer - and her parents, too. Looking forward to staying here any time we visit Lancaster and will be looking at Home2 Suites in other locations when traveling.”

“We enjoyed Days Inn Gettysburg! Room was nice and hotel was close to the battlefield for sightseeing and downtown for shopping. Food options close by were plentiful as well. Staff was kind and helpful when we needed to break larger bills to use the vending machine. We were only there for a couple of nights so we did not need housekeeping, as towels we stocked before we arrived. The continental breakfast was great. Lots of options, including cereal, oatmeal, waffle makers, juices, coffee, and toast. The staff member handling the breakfast room was working very hard to make sure things were stocked which was very appreciated.”

Shower walls had a gross film on them. Hair around railings. Hair in sink. Didn’t bother complaint as we only stayed one night. However, probably won’t stay there again. Beds were quite comfortable though!”

The pool heater was broken and it was ice cold. The hot tub was almost black it was so dirty. After playing in the snow we looked forward to Coming in to get hot showers but found Out there was no water.... A hotel is supposed to be convenient and this was anything but. Also the free breakfast was not actually free. It's just a long picnic table in the foyer. And that's pretty much it for sixteen dollars a person. No discounts or credits were offered to us.... which was disappointing. You would think staying at a HILTON... these type of issues would be limited. Whoever is in charge of maintaining the building needs to do better. The pool and hot tub were a total disgrace, disgusting.”
