“the room cost us €85. The hotel smells very bad, we get to the room and it turns out that it is very dirty. the walls full of stains, the black floor in the corners and on the edges, the bathroom too. It stinks until you walk in. We have come to spend the holidays in the middle of August and the room does not have air conditioning or mosquito nets. the dirty towel, I say towel because there is literally only one towel and we are two people. unfortunate, the most disgusting place I have ever seen in my life. If they can't give good service, they don't have the place. We feel cheated.”
