“Overall, good stay. We stayed in room 105 which was a king suite, accompanied with a pull-out sofa, fridge, and microwave. Conveniently pet friendly and affordable pet rate of just $20 per pet. The room could use a few upgrades and was a bit dated. That being said, the bed was comfortable and the staff was friendly. The pool area was clean and there were plenty of towels stocked. The pool was small and the water was cold which was disappointing, but our daughter didn’t mind (most kids don’t). The hot tub was nice and hot. The continental breakfast in the morning was fantastic. Eggs, biscuits and gravy, and cereal. We’d stay here again.”

“check in room 1/2/24. it was disgusting DIRTY! Bloody sheets left on dresser. No toilet paper or extra roll, crackers ground into floor, used coffee filter still in coffee maker. Called and went to front desk to advise of room. Kevin Stone arrived (manager of housekeeping) he changed all bedding ,vacuumed all floors, gave clean towels and toilet paper with extra roll. Kevin stated would comp room price and give extra points to account due to the inconvenience. Neither has done. VERY disappointed in your hotel. You did not keep your word in making things right.”

“We got stuck here overnight during a winter storm and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to be stuck. The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are spotless and have updated appliances and comfortable beds. The pool area is clean, although the hot tub was not functional during our stay. The fitness center is small, but has enough for a decent workout. The complimentary breakfast is pretty standard for a hotel, but is served longer than I’m used to (10). I don’t get the impression there’s much to do around town, but if you need a stopping point on your road trip, this is a great choice.”

“We had a great time with our stay last month. The walk-in shower in our room was really nice. The sitting area was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. We stayed for 6 days and the front desk was super friendly with everything we needed. Unfortunately my mom did get hurt in the hot tub but the staff was quick to respond and very helpful. They did have to drain the hot tub but it was ready for use the next day. My brother and sister-in-law stayed in another room which was also nice. My youngest couldn't come so her Lucas the spider came and did the trip with me, as you can see he had a great time😁”

“I don't remember how I found this place. Stayed here a few years ago with family and would highly recommend it for the location, Cleanliness and price. I rated it 4 stars to ward off those who are looking for a five-star hotel with room service, etc. You are not going to get that here. What you will get is a nice, quiet room(s) clean and with running water. A pretty lame continental breakfast but it should get you through your first hike of the day. There are so many dining options within walking distance. And if you a Tesla driver, there is a charging station right across the road.”

“Here is my input. No idea if the people there read or care about the reviews, but here it goes. The location is absolutely beautiful. While we did not explore what activities could be done there, there has to be a ton that can be marketed other than gambling alone. The Hotel itself, while the rooms seem clean, everything is coming apart. Roof shingles missing, water leaking into structure at entrance wood rotting away, dingy interior. They fixed it by screwing a 1x4 over it, no fix. First impressions count. Dead bugs, cigarette buts, broken chairs, trash as you walk up to the front door. Really? You have security walking everywhere, they can’t be bothered to help keep thing clean and help lift the impression? It’s not a place of pride. Restaurant? What Restaurant? They serve things that are pre packaged. Chicken strips, mini tacos, burgers, some soups. Neither of which are any good. They are eatable (barely) but not worthy of what I expect from even a mediocre place, not to speak of a casino. Even a fresh simple quick menu, limited choices, but freshly made and well done would be great. The person selling us the food had no idea of what was what or what it was. Nice person but totally clueless. There was a ton of “security” people there, maybe some of those can be trained to help maintain things? The place is in a beautiful area, with a little bit of effort, maybe this could be a destination place. The way it’s going, fairly soon it will be a prime example of what happens when people don’t care. The price for the rooms is very reasonable. The person at the front desk was lovely and very helpful. I am sure many people there care, seems management does not. Sad to see potential go to waste.”

“This was the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. It smelled weird, the hot tub was lukewarm at best, the pool was freezing. There's not even enough towels, cups, etc. to accommodate enough guests. The coffee maker didn't work, and the shower wasn't even hot. All around a terrible place to stay.”
