“The staff at this Hampton location were great and very helpful! The breakfast is amazing and the hot breakfast menu was changed daily. I loved getting my coffee with French Vanilla creamer in the lobby whenever I wanted it! The hotel is very well maintained and is clean. Our friend kept praising how soft and fluffy his pillows were, that he would fall asleep as soon as his head hit the pillows! We choose to stay at the Hamptons when we travel as they are always consistent!”

“Honestly this is a don’t judge a book by it’s cover 100 times over, the pool area feels like your almost in a get away vacation they have a bar a buffet it’s really wild, the new Reno’s are amazing the rooms are super nice and clean, a lot of money had gone into this renovation and it looks to be done with quality !! The only thing I would suggest is market the pool more, get the outside a face lift and get a nice sign something that is bright and shows off all the hard work you put into it. It’s a beautiful hotel and I will admit I was skeptical when I pulled up at 9pm by the atmosphere outside but once I got in, different story ! Amazing place”

“I liked the rooms and the place overall, but the pool. It was fine but the air quality was horrible. When I went down the slide almost every time I couldn't stop coughing, and same with my friend. So it's not just me. Also I heard another girl cough. I believe we inhaled chlorine or something. Please get better ventilation also I threw up because I coughed to much. I was not sick or anything.”

“The room was nice. The front desk people were terrific. The only shock was that pet owners need to be aware of is that you are not allowed to leave your pets alone for more than 20 minutes. If you are staying here because you are going to a wedding or leaving your room for more than 20 minutes, you may want to look for a hotel that is a little more pet friendly. We (people who booked pet friendly rooms months in advance for a wedding)found this out through word of mouth less than 24 hours before our booking which caused a lot of stress to many people in terms of finding another spot for theirs dogs. You have to sign a contract that says you’ll pay for all the guest discounts they need to give if your dog disturbs anyone. That’s cool, we have never experienced that before and recommend that you look for a different pet friendly hotel. Our Pet travels really well and things worked out but it distracted from the day. Otherwise the stay was perfect.”

“Worked here for a couple of weeks! Got fired because I was on probation…the manager tells me they can fire me anytime so they did….Like how is he the manager here?!!!! I’ll be bluntly honest…Worst experience ever! A lot of discrimination and harassment at the workplace, couldn’t complain because they have made gangs there, my first day on they started hanging up on me and passing unwanted catcalls! Ridiculous! They’ve made a joke out of Michelin stars and service standards! The managers are psychos and have lowered standards of professionalism and service to a whole different level! I hope they don’t follow me around in town taking the streets for being honest and adhering the standards in life and in service.”
