The hotel is extremely clean and modern with all of the amenities! They accommodated our large group fantastically! The location is downtown, which comes with pros and cons but we felt safe and had great restaurants within walking distance.”

“Review for my husband Charles G. We are in the car pulling away from Quality Inn and felt it necessary to leave a review. This hotel went above and beyond to help us. Our car wouldn’t start because of the cold, so the manager of the hotel went to GM the car dealership and got us a booster pack. Finally, we were able to get our car started to head back to Alberta. We travel across Canada several times a year, and stay in many hotels. Not only did the customer service go above and beyond.. but the breakfast was actually good, real eggs, a lot of options to choose from. The rooms were very clean, and spacious (we stayed in a suite). Thank you so much to the staff at Quality Inn.”

“Stayed in room 201 which was suppose to be a deluxe king room. The room itself was a good size but the bathroom was small and very dinghy. The grout between the tiles did not look as though it has been cleaned since the hotel was new, there was grout missing, black marks on the walls, the tub was dirty looking on the floor of the tub and the overall appearance of the bathroom was less than impressive. Basically, we paid extra for a couch in the room. The furnishings were sparse at best and the room just didn’t make sense being called a deluxe king suite. Would not recommend.”

“Stayed here in May and it was excellent, welcoming front desk, comfortable room, good breakfast items, well satisfied. This time (Nov/23) check in very impersonal, not welcoming, room was excellent, common area hallways carpet needs a good cleaning, breakfast was a disappointment. Scrambled eggs were watery, round sausages were shriveled (looked like eggs and sausage had been sitting there quite a while) orange juice tasted watered down, coffee not a quality brand for sure. Breakfast was much better in May. We will consider alternative options next time through.”

“We booked 3 rooms for our visit to Regina over Christmas. What an absolutely terrible hotel. The staff were absolutely useless. The breakfast that was included in our stay was horrible in that we were lucky to get anything to eat at all. Nothing would be stocked when we'd go down for breakfast. They ran out of bread for toast every single day. No sausages. Sometimes, no pancakes. "Here kids, have a muffin". During the 4 nights that we stayed there, housekeeping came to our rooms exactly zero times. Even when we called and specifically asked to have the rooms cleaned. The bathtubs in all three of our rooms were absolutely disgusting. Rusted and stained. I wouldn't let my toddlers bath in them. They had to have showers. The water handles were all broken. Had to be fussed with just to turn the water on. Lamps that wouldn't turn on in every room. If I could give a hotel zero stars, this hotel would deserve it. This hotel is definitely not worth the $1K we spent on the three rooms. Travelers beware.”

“This hotel is wonderfully refurbished from top to bottom. The rooms are elegant and warm with beautiful colors. The bed is firm and soft at the same time (cozy). There is a full continental breakfast in the morning with a huge seating areaand the food is kept topped up. There is a sitting area on the main floor with a large screen TV for sport events. The price of the stay is very reasonable. The Regina Casino is right across the street and the food is wonderful. Right downtown. The only thing I didn't care about is paid parking. It should be available with the room.”

“This place had pretty dirty rooms and furniture. Extremely uncomfortable beds and pillows. Forget getting any sleep, especially if any other guests decide to start having a massive party/fight during the night. Slamming doors, yelling, and running are all common occurrences as far as I can tell. The most interesting part of my stay was watching the police show up two separate times, and proceed to remove people from the building.”

“This Best Western is a good value. We paid $109 before taxes though a corporate rate. The rooms were clean and had a microwave, fridge, and coffee maker. The room was clean, but worse for wear. The headboard was ripped and the decor/colors reminded me of a 2000s Tuscan-inspired kitchen. Not detractive to a safe comfortable stay, but this is a review. Our mattresses were okay, pillows were thin, but the location of our rooms (115 and 116) on the main floor) were noisy. Lots of noise from other guests until late in the morning came into the rooms. The included breakfast was standard, but hot and fresh. All the front desk staff were exceptionally helpful and attentive. I appreciate the early check in they gave us.”

“Had an issue (our error) booking the room. Went out of their way to accommodate us. Very nice room, with a separate sitting room and bedroom. Found it very clean. Like other comments, a bit dated, but I've been in newer that were just awful. Staff very friendly and made sure we liked our room. Outside door Key access after doors locked for security. Has a very nice restaurant, great breakfast and staff also very cheerful. Would recommend!”
