“I stayed at the Room and I have to say that my experience was quite disappointing. Firstly, upon entering the room, there was a noticeable unpleasant smell of cacrohe, which was quite off-putting. Additionally, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, as it was not cleaned well. To make matters worse, we encountered live cacroches running around the room, which was a major concern for us. Despite bringing this issue to the attention of the front desk, no action was taken to address the problem. Furthermore, we were extremely disappointed to find that there was no hot water in the shower. This made the overall experience even more inconvenient and uncomfortable. Upon checking out, we approached the front desk, hoping for at least an apology or some form of acknowledgement for the issues we had encountered. However, the staff at the front desk showed no sign of concern or willingness to address our concerns. Their lack of empathy and disregard for customer satisfaction was truly disheartening. Considering the numerous issues we faced during our stay and the poor customer service we received, I have to rate my experience at the Room Hotel as zero. I highly doubt that I will choose to stay here again in the future.”

“The WORST hotel we ever encounter! The website boast of how pleasant this place is but it's the opposite! Avoid this place at any cost. This is disgusting old facility, no aircon, terrible staff only good taking your money but not refunding. Toilet is horrible and very poor customer service. This should be closed. There's rats on the ground too. We wanted refund as we arrived but they lied and not giving a cent back. We file complaints”

“I recently stayed at San Hotel, and overall, I found it to be a decent place to stay. Our travel agency booked this hotel for us, and I appreciated its convenient location, as it was close to various attractions in Cebu. The security measures in place were also reassuring, making us feel safe during our stay. Additionally, there were nearby shops to satisfy any hunger cravings. However, there were a couple of downsides to note. The water pressure in the hotel was on the low side, and there were no complimentary toiletries provided, which was a bit of a letdown. Nevertheless, it wasn't a major issue for us since we didn't spend much time in the hotel – it was primarily a place to rest for the night.”
