“We came in with our big family had an amazing time I’ve been to 4-5 star hotels around the world and hands down one of the best I’ve ever stayed at. Customer service was great the staff allowed us to use the dinning room so we could do a family bingo evening !!! Was so impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel as a whole. The one and only thing that upset us was how out key card kept deactivating after every use it was very frustrating at times not going to lie but as I said otherwise the stay was great!!! Will come again and tell others for sure”

“Amazing! I am an evacuee from Yellowknife. I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with a downtown hotel that was absolutely horrible. I got transferred to the Best Western and it was amazing! Great staff! The General Manager Sherri, is amazing and was very pleasant to deal with! Great front desk service from Amanda, David, and Andrea! Great breakfast, clean rooms, very clean hotel! Housekeeping is always cleaning the hallways+rooms+ main area of the hotel throughout the day! PeT friendly and treats were ready at the front desk! I cannot thank the staff enough for their wonderful service, and hospitality. Thank you, thank you! :)”

“Super cute place. Maybe a ten minute walk to all of the restaurants, shopping and rental places. Room had a kitchenette with a coffee maker, sink and fridge. You have to walk through the lobby/restaurant to get to the pool area so bring a bathing suit cover up and flip flops unless you want to be ratchet like my friend and I. You’ll love it here. do”

I think it’s probably the best hotel in Drumheller for families, because it’s nice and clean, the pool is great, and the selection for breakfast in the morning is really quite decent. Just be aware that for really small kids, there is no real shallow end in the pool. My 7 year old could have her head above water no problem in the shallow end, but we also have a 2 year old, and we had to hold him. But he’s almost 3 and he went down the water slide like 40 times haha! (Daddy caught him at the bottom) He just loved it! As for the hotel room, everything was so nice and clean. No complaints at all. We loved it!”

“We stayed at Candlewood Suites back in December 2023 and it was a good experience. The location made it convenient to access nearby attractions such as West Edmonton Mall. The spacious rooms were a pleasant surprise, providing comfort during our stay. The small pantry added a delightful touch, offering a variety of essentials. I must commend their very hospitable front desk staff. I want to give a huge shout out to the front desk gentleman MARIO, despite a busy check-in he managed to greet guests with a warm smile, showcasing a high level of hospitality and efficiency. “Not a happy camper. Our romantic getaway was not the best thanks to the hotel. Some basic needs would be: This hotel did not have hot water, Correct a cold shower was the start of the day. Followed by no shampoo in the room to go with the cold shower, lots of other creams, this was followed by not enough towels. Two towels for two guests, we had to get extra from the front desk so my wife could dry her hair. Thank god the hair dryer worked as this is how we warmed up after the shower. I’ll be waiting for the hotel receipt to show the discount I was promised. Right now it’s not looking good.”

Was put in another room, smooth transfer. 2nd room's cable was not working, phoned front desk, they immediately sent up a repair person, problem fixed. Room is clean and quaint. The only issue I have found is the noise that travels in from the hallway. Breakfast was top notch as well as the service. Heated parking is a definate plus! We almost did not stay here because of the poor reviews, we are pleased with our choice!”

“Very accommodating front desk staff. I asked if i can put in a couple of potted plants in the foyer so they won't get frozen in our vehicle, and he didn't have any second thoughts at all and allowed us. Room is very clean; loved the dove products in the washroom. Check-in and checkout are both a breeze with their online system. Breakfast was awesome; having a vegetarian option was excellent. Overall it was a great stay, best value for my money. Definitely it won't be our last.”

If the pool/hot tub isn’t a big deal to your stay I’d give it a 5star rating for our family I’d not have chosen to stay had I known this was the case. The hotel did compensate us with a discounted rate as hot tub was advertised. Much appreciated.”
