“Great staff, great rooms, and great location. I haven't been in a hotel this great in a very long time! My only complaint was the room I was in was extremely stuffy, almost like the heat was on full blast. I ended up needing to put the air on. I wish there was a little more variety with breakfast, but I can't really complain since it's complimentary.”

“My boyfriend and I loved this place The staff was wonderful for our arrival and departure especially Marie. Our rooms were very clean and cozy and comfortable especially the beds and pillows. There was a small table to eat on or to use a computer and also a microwave and a small refrigerator which was a plus. The bathroom was supplied with ample toiletries and the shower was excellent The grounds were very clean. The nitely rate included breakfast and was enough to get us on our way for the ride home. The only problem we had was that our GPS took us to the wrong location but we asked someone to direct us to the place. If we are ever in this area we will definitely be back to stay here. I highly recommend this place and it definitely deserved my 5 star rating”

“This is one if my go-to places when I’m in P-Town. I usually stay here twice a year-spring and fall. I closed the place this year and I think I’m opening it again in April 24. Anyhow I moved three times in the first day for various issues and wound up in a suite. No hassles and never an upcharge. The front desk person was great and very accommodating (I get stuck on names). We are not real messy people so we didn’t use housekeeping, although my wife heard them knock at the door a couple of times. I want to give a shout-out to the manager Jacqui. She has also been very flexible with my requests. The only “down side” the I have is that I’m not real sold on the “resort fee”, which because of the time of year wasn’t charged. I know the extras are there for all the guests and if I choose not to use them it’s my choice. Enough of that rant. It doesn’t stop me from coming here. Again great staff and a convenient place to stay.”

“We were very happy with our stay here. The rooms were spacious and clean, great location..definitely bang for your buck when it comes to the Cape! Unfortunately, we had to check out early due to a family emergency. The woman at the front desk was quick to make sure it was not because we were unhappy with our stay and kindly wished us well. To our surprise we were refunded the remainder of our stay, no questions asked. Thank you to the Cape Winds and your staff… we made it home just in time to say our final goodbyes to a loved one.”

“You just have to remember this is a 2 star motel and keep expectations realistic. Our room was very clean (no dust anywhere that I could see, and I’m picky) and very spacious. Our room was in a 2 story building nowhere near the water with views overlooking the highway and a dune. Staff gave us good directions to get there. If you want something fancier, this isn’t the place, but it’s convenient to bus line to Provincetown. We were our so much we were barely there.”

“Absolutely stunning vistas from what can best be described as a half-renovated assisted-living facility right off the highway. Definitely tough if you’re not with a car. The half bagels and hard boiled eggs at the “continental breakfast” are what you’d expect at a FEMA camp and the coffee is likely what caused the catastrophe to begin with. Comfortable bed, clean room, and fixed shower head set at about nipple-level.”
