“The subsequent visit to Premier Inn proved significantly improved compared to our initial stay. The staff exhibited exceptional friendliness, and the room maintained a commendable level of cleanliness. However, the premium WiFi service, despite its cost, proved unreliable and scarcely established a connection on all three of my devices, rendering it a regrettable investment. Other facets of the accommodation met satisfactory standards. Notably, the breakfast service was commendable. It is worth noting that the provided travel cot lacked a proper mattress, presenting a challenge for our infant to sleep. We found it necessary to procure a more suitable mattress independently.”
