“I’m not going to rate this hotel just show you what the bed looked like when we checked in. Hopefully I’ll be able to attached the photos. We asked for new sheets and some one dropped them off for us to make the bed ourselves. Problem was they were the wrong size.”

“I have been working here going on 5 years in January. I have the best GM Mr. Kevin in the US. We are a big family here and take care of each other. I couldn't ask for a better place to work for. My colleagues are the best to work with. The guest that come to stay with us are amazing and we treat them like family also. Keep up the great work everyone, keep it going. I wish I could give us 10 🌟 but I can only give 5 🌟”

“The housekeeping left much to be desired. Apparently, the head housekeeper was gone for a few days, so the rest of them decided not to work, and several people in the hotel did not receive service. Of course, it was rectified when she came back, but seriously. Additionally, someone cracked the window of my car, the windshield to be exact, and the camera placement is poor. I understand they're not responsible for what happens but could you at least be considerate enough to make sure that I'm able to see what someone else may do. In that regard, I feel like you may be a little responsible. Additionally, the channel options/ cable service. Whatever it is, they want to call it was trash. They could have done a much better job if it's too expensive for you to have a better cable package. It's sad we're disappointed and expected more with the Hilton name. But overall, the other aspects of the hotel and other people who work there were good.”

“Great location, friendly staff that go above and beyond to be helpful. Perfect little place for just passing through, but also in a nice location if you need to stay long term. The road noise isn’t too bad from I40. It actually helped me sleep a little better. Campsites are close together, but that didn’t affect anything. Women’s shower room was clean and water was hot. Nice dog area and play area for kids. Would love to come back again!”

“Stayed here back in Nov for a soccer tournament and the stay was pleasant. Here for a concert and knew we would stay again after comparing reviews to other area hotels. Not fancy but the room was very clean and looks up to date. The staff is friendly. Room was very affordable. We did not eat the breakfast this time because on our previous stay an elderly man was getting the food with his bare hands and filling his disposable water bottle from the drink spigot. I did notify the desk attendant but didnt stay to see if it was addressed however the breakfast was good on our previous trip.”

“Sadly, we were unable to stay our full paid night at this hotel. The overwhelming odor of cleaning solution hit us as soon as we walked in and only got worse once in our room. We checked in around 3pm and were in our room less than two hours before leaving for the evening. Honestly though the scent would dissipate while we were out for several hours. That was not the case. We even tried opening the window and turning on the bathroom fan. Both my husband and myself were nauseated and had headaches by the time we gave up and left. At the front desk, the night employees were pleasant and mentioned if we had notified them, they could have tried to move us to another room. I explained the smell started from the time we walked in the front door so we declined. She did not offer any form of compensation or partial refund of any kind but said they'd "check us out in the morning and email the receipt". So, we were forced to pay for a full night in a room we could not stay in.”
