“Located close to Highway 99, so it's convenient to get to places to and from here. Next to gas station, and fast food restaurants. The workers are helpful & kind. The rooms are a little bit outdated, so don't expect a nicely decorated room. The AC/heater is a little older, so don't expect the thermostat to be effective or accurate. I like how the hotel offers complimentary breakfast & coffee ☕️, so I like that very much. The breakfast offerings are good, but not gourmet. I appreciate the food and the workers that prepare the food. The coffee does it's job too. I like how they offer dark roast, light roast, or decaf throughout the day. I'd stay there again. Thank you Hampton team!”

“I would highly recommend avoiding this location until renovations are complete. The owners of this hotel need to reevaluate their priorities. I've seen their employees exposed to hazardous working conditions. The building is definitely not ADA accessible. The accommodations are limited due to construction. And the owners are making their employees' and contractors' lives harder by keeping the hotel open while construction is going on. The hotel should really be closed, at least until the lobby renovations are complete.”

“Didn’t realize this hotel is right by the freeway . If your room is odd number , you will hear the freeway noise all night long . Then the shower has 2 ( why would you need 2) soap disk that is located at the level of your elbow as you are lathering yourself and you will keep hitting your elbow. No complimentary water bottle like most holiday inn express . Breakfast is average . Not bad”

“The location is excellent, parking was outstanding. I felt secure in knowing the night watchman was on top of whoever came through the property, as well as the night clerk. Service should get 10 stars as they went above and beyond the line of duty. I recommend anyone, and everyone to go stay there, and have one of the best, if not the best experience in a hotel ever. Thank you to ALL the Best Western staff, keep up the great work. One of the house keepers really deserves a raise, and promotion. I was flat out, impressed to the max with her, and how she handled her job.”
