“They initially used a lousy excuse to withhold my deposit. When I told them I don't smoke and hate the smell, and it couldn't be true, they finally said they'd give my deposit back.However, it's been over a month, and I still haven't received deposit. When I called them just now, they blamed it on my bank and insisted it's not their concern. Please, no more excuses. It looks like they choose certain guests to trick into keeping their deposits. I really don't recommend staying there because you might end up paying more than you planned.In that case, I recommend choosing other hotel closer to the city center with better quality.
