“My husband is a long-term patient of the Mayo Clinic and this hotel is a God-send. Reasonably priced, close to the Mayo and all kinds of shopping and restaurants. The rooms are clean, fashionable and the beds are comfortable. Each room has a microwave and a mini-fridge which is so convenient for a patient from Mayo who may not be as mobile and needs to bring food in. The staff is accommodating and the service is good. I like that they are security conscious and keep the outside doors locked at night. We strongly recommend them for anyone looking for short or long term stays!”

“We stayed here this weekend, the staff is incredibly friendly and very welcoming. Breakfast is served from 6-10AM and was good. Unfortunately there was a roach in our room. Also, be aware that the door doesn’t close by itself, you have to push it in. The hallway’s A/C in 2nd floor is not working, it’s really hot until you get into your room.”

“Everything was good in the hotel rooms. Abundant power outlets, very clean, no gripes there. Breakfast was typical of a good hotel. Our only problem was that there wasn't an overhang on the sidewalk, and it was pouring outside, so we had to stand with our luggage in the soaking rain waiting for the baggage cart. Someone didn't think that design through.”

“Stayed here for one night, although the room sits purpose, service and cleanliness of the room were a bit of a concern. When I called down, asking for extra bath towels to be brought to the room, I was told that I could come get them at the front desk….. once I got to the desk and was given the clean towels I was then told to please bring down the dirty towels whenever I had a chance… just found this to be a bit odd The bathroom showed obvious signs of wear and tear and the faucet in the bathtub had a constant leak.”
