“My sister and I came to check on my nephew who plays football for UVA. My sister arrived first. When I arrived, I was warmly greeted by the front desk attendant. I didn't get her name, but she was there every day we were there and was very helpful. The first room we were placed in had an issue with the hot water, but we were able to get another room no problem. Breakfast was nice and each and every person we encountered who worked at the hotel greeted us, was friendly and had good customer service. We enjoyed our stay.”

“7/23/23 bacon was over cooked on my BLT Fries were over cooked. Mac n cheese tasted burnt 8/6/23 decided to give them another go since it use to be one of my favorite places to eat. It’s something my man & I instantly regretted. It took forever for us to receive our food. His Mac n cheese tasted as if it was from a can, his fries & chicken fingers tasted as if they had been cooked twice. The service sucked bcuz we didn’t get asked if everything was ok & she’s didn’t refill our drinks. Needless to say she got no tip & it’ll be a very long time before we ever go there again. I can’t believe that Lumpkins of all places has went onto the list of places that lost us being customers.”
