“Was a great room and staff great. Free breakfast was a disappointment, got there about 8:30(ends at 9)and there were only 2 biscuits but lots of gravy, eggs all gone, only 2 sausage patties left, 2 coffee decanters were empty. I hung out for a while but no one was checking on it or keeping anything updated. My only complaint on this place, Everything else was great”

“I enjoyed my stay and my room was clean, and the service was great. I enjoyed my stay every time. The breakfast 🍳 is always good and at this Laquita they serve you breakfast with options, the swimming pool area is always clean as well. …”

“Clean, comfy room. Front desk was helpful. Free breakfast food was good and area clean. Only suggestion here is they need more tables for people to eat at. I liked that checkout was noon instead of 11:00 like most hotels. Free "social hour" with some snacks plus wine a few nights a week was nice. Blackout curtains work great! I joined IHG and got a good rate. I stayed three nights in a one-bedroom suite during Thanksgiving week, and my final total, after taxes and everything, was right at $400. I was very happy with my stay.”

“Upon our arrival we were greeted as IHG members. The rooms were clean and very spacious. Breakfast was great and had plenty to choose from. We took advantage of the exercise room and it was located very close to convenience stores and walmart”

“The room was okay. There wasn't a vent/heater/fan in the bathroom. The front desk staff were great. The breakfast was a nightmare. Closed and everything taken up at 9 am on the nose. No matter people standing in line. (And The lines were LONG) Appeared to have only 1 hostess. Food selection and supplies were sparce. Could be a deal breaker with traveling families is for us. 😒”

“Everything was fine till this morning. The hotel is very clean just like I like it and was headed for 5 stars. I think the employees need a retrain on the privileges of Diamond members! 2nd time in as many weeks that I've run into issues. I sat for several minutes enjoying my coffee didn't see any questions being asked of guests till I got up to get some fruit. Guy tries to act like he's trying to help but really just wants to know whether I have a voucher. I told him I'm a Diamond Member and if its not covered ill pay. He proceeds to question me about my room then my name. Only to find out from the lady at the front that yes I have all the bells and whistles. I don't appreciate being questioned period. I don't appreciate staffing not knowing the benefits of the membership levels. We give way too much business to Hilton to have these "kind" of issues. I do not want to bring race into this but if the shoe fits wear it! Look at my review from last week in Wichita Falls similar situation. Training is definitely needed some diversity training would be great as well!”

“The rooms are clean, and the customer service is excellent! They have DVD players in each room with free DVDs you can checkout/borrow from downstairs! That is a very nice and thoughtful touch as most hotels do NOT take that into …”

“This is my regular place when I'm staying in Fort Worth. The location is a bit sketchy, but I haven't had any real problems and the rooms are the best/cleanest for motels I've visited in this price range. The owners/staff are excellent. Always extremely friendly and accommodating. Recently, I forgot my suit jacket and dress pants in my room and they held onto it for me until I picked it up several hours later, everything untouched. Top notch folks!”

“Hard mattresses! Untrained clerks! Promises of gifts & late checkouts not honored! Stay twice get a $50 gift card not honored either! I didn't receive enough points for a gift card! B-fast was good & dining area clean. Room was clean furniture is old!”

“At arrival, the receptionist desk was very helpful. The service lady at the counter was very helpful and getting this checked in at arrival the lady at the front desk also gave us some locations where we could go shopping locally because of the weather it was a little colder and we needed to get some jackets. The coffee and tea area was open late at night, even though the hot water for the tea wasn’t hot enough we were allowed to use the microwave in the breakfast area to heat up. The water in the rooms are nice only drawback would be that there’s no microwave inside of the bedroom and I was told that we could use the microwave in the breakfast area so that was the only drawback that we had on the stay, overall, the hotel is nice. Great location”

“Driving in to this location were a lot of homeless on the streets - this location had proper fencing around the property which felt a bit safer. People at the reception were nice enough but young and had minimal customer service skills. The room was very cold looking and had minimal in it for a suite and to live in for 6 months - couch was old and had strings hanging from it - Good things: Quiet location, oddly - The GM Lisa Hoover was lovely and spent a lot of time chatting with me - she has great plans for this location - Gentleman (didn’t get his name) driving a company vehicle (great guy) - Has its own little dog park (great feature) - The lady serving breakfast in the morning (very personable) -”
