“After reading previous reviews we were afraid we had chosen the wrong motel for our stay while I had outpatient surgery. We did agree with the reviews concerning the breakfast. It was TERRIBLE !!! The breakfast choices are far below what us as consumers expect from the MARRIOTT brand, corporate should intervene on this. We did encounter one employee who was not friendly but they did not have a customer focused job so it made no difference. We did have the immense pleasure of interacting with Ms. Annie DuBroc who is one of the most dedicated employees I have met in years. Annie will not hesitate to assist with a problem even if it's not in her job description. She will go over and beyond to deliver customer service that is the embodiment of SOUTHERN HOSPITALITY. Marriott should recognize her value to the daily operation of this location and reward her accordingly. In closing, I urge you to try it and I hope you will like it as much as we did. One more thing, if you will be having a procedure at the hospital inquire about the discount when making your reservation, you will be pleasantly surprised !!!”
