“Evenings, one staff member. Not acceptable. Travelodge, you've got how many hotels and can't afford additional staff? My child was vomiting in the bathroom and whilst I have no issue cleaning up after them, I couldn't get access to any disinfectant or cleaning products. Yes I understand why - COSHH, however, why is there no housekeeping staff throughout the day and night? The one member of staff working tried to be as helpful as possible and provided me with extra towels, bin liners and a mop & bucket but I had to use shower gel to clean up. Didn't work to rid the smell. If I could give this place a 0, I absolutely would. If I could rate the member of staff it would be a 5.”
