“Other than our room having a slight smell to it, (probably due to the humidity), and the air conditioner being so so, the hotel was good. I would stay here again. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was nice and clean. The shower had good water pressure. It's right off the freeway, but you can't hear any of the noise from cars flying by, which is nice. I liked that they had several brochures of attractions across Texas. We came from Northern Texas, and I picked up a brochure for visiting Plano. I had no idea all the cool stuff there was available up there. They have a little open marketplace next to the front desk that had a nice selection of items. And, the evening front desk manager was kind and friendly to speak with as we checked in. Lastly, the breakfast was decent. It was a typical hot continental breakfast. They have a Texas-shaped waffle maker, which is fun.”

“For several years, this has been a favorite for family. The location is terrific. For our Thanksgiving 2023 visit, the elevator is misbehaving, the breakfast buffet is abysmal, and notification of restaurant hours lacking. I am fond of restaurants closed on holidays, but not advertising for those needing a meal was absent. Oh yeah, toilet paper out.”

I took my coffee and cookie to my cold car to eat. Also but stop was directly outside my door. So constant smell of people smoking.”

“This place is sooooo cute!!! The location was perfect too. I love the outside set up with the pool and tons of seating in bright colors. The breakfast was okay and they have a great bar area with TVs inside and outside. They have cute shirts and hats, had to snag me one of those. My fave though was the staff. The man working the front when I checked in was delightful (wish I was better at remembering names). He was so friendly and grabbed me some extra towels and blankets. The next day, we met one of the owner's mom and she was great too. The woman working the front that morning was really sweet too. I will definitely stay here every time I'm in Houston. ♡”

“The hotel is very nice & clean. The staff is very friendly and polite. Location is close to ih10 to get in & out of the property. The only reason I'm giving 3 stars instead of 5 is their breakfast choices. What I saw in the pics posted are old and is not what they offer today. It's just basic breakfast , means no waffle maker , no fresh fruit(s) , except multi grain bread no other bakery . I requested to fix the towel handle as it was broken but no one came to fix it. We requested the complete housekeeping as we stayed for 2 nights but the house keeper just changed the towels and didn't made the beds at all. Out of 4 towels she replaced only one was fresh bath towel and 2 fresh gym towels ( but not the actual bath towels ) . Hope the management works on these issues to make the guest stay more pleasurable.”

“I will start by saying the staff is very nice and helpful. My encounter with all staff was warm and welcoming. However the room was a different story. Me and my significant other arrived at our room around midnight, so I was unable to check the room like I usually do when I get to a hotel. Upon waking up in the morning i found several issue with the room: mold in the bathroom and on the walls, broken shower head, leaking shower into room leaving a wet spot in the carpet next ti the bed, numerous stains on the floor, stains in the couch and chair. While me and my significant other were changing in the morning a man walked in on us to swap out the TV and stated he apologized for walking in on us, his paper said room was vacant. There was an odor to the room that is now in my suit case. I called Hilton to express my discomfort with the booking and felt my concerns were minimized. Will not be booking here agin.”

“Don’t stay here they have roaches 🪳. I took a video and took it to the front desk and emailed it to him. The man working was kind and refunded our money. The girl that checked us in had no clue about the hotel, if they had laundry service, or much else. Rooms are big. Run down. Pubic hairs all over the shower. Good location. If you can get past roaches it would be an OK stay.”

But the location by the service road and highway, makes it pretty noisy throughout the night. Shower curtain and pillow case had some mold. Was a motel not a hotel. Overall good for a night, if looking for a nice hotel with all the amenities this is not it.”
