I was constantly told "yeah, you know, these first year bikes". This review isn't just of Privateer's. It's a review of the entire Harley Davidson Motorcycle Company. “Had my bike serviced on June 3rd for both front and back tires. The service and getting into Harley Davidson of Edmonton was great. However, their technician did not put my front axle nut cover on correctly and it shot off while riding on the highway. I called in and emailed about this event. The individual I talked to laughed and said how the set screws that come with the axle nut covers are garbage. Well I bought the product from their store. He said he would send me a new axle but cover and did. There was no screw components as I mentioned it in our conversation. I called again for the set screws and waited two weeks after he said they sent them. In the end I bought new ones from a different dealership, as the ones from their dealership never did arrive.”

Loved the spot, emailed them 2 weeks later. They got the bike I wanted in from another dealer, did everything through email and over the phone as I was away but knew what I wanted. They did absolutely everything I would expect a customer to receive and gave more. Literally drove up from out of town, signed my documents, got a t-shirt and was given a brief on the motorcycle and rode away wicked happy.
