“I loved my Ducati Multistrada 950s, a real joy. Unfortunately this dealer to whom I entrusted its maintenance dissuaded me. The bike was returned to me each time with new problems (including once with the chain which was excessively slack), and even dirty (not degreased after changing the chain kit). Excessively long repair time (5 months for a repair considered by the expert to be "light"), and all without any empathy, without any excuse. Stayed 3 hours in the dealership waiting for the repair with a temperature close to 30°, and not once was I offered a refreshment... Ducati... It's over... And I'm the first to be disappointed because I really loved this Multistrada! But as the Workshop Manager would say, we are not going to elaborate, our requirements in terms of quality of service are far too different!”

“Went for warranty repair with my motorbike, they came back to me that they are unable to remove fuel tank because of striped bolt so they didn't proceed with the repair. After check at home, I was able to remove it in less than 5 minutes, no stripped bolt or any other issue! With this, they order the faulty part that was causing problems with my motorbike, telling me that they will contact me once the part arrives. It has been almost 2 months now, part never arrived, nobody ever called. Went to ask for the part twice, their excuse is delivery delay... Anyway, I ordered the part online and was delivered in 3 days. This place is to avoid, the after market service is as poor as it can be.....”
