“I don't like leaving negative reviews, but I felt that this place didn't represent The American Harley Davidson Company well... I pulled in and saw quite a display with people standing at the entryway... I dismounted with optimism that is get the friendly bikers welcome that I'm accustomed to pretty much everywhere. As I walked past the group gathered, I nodded and received 1 "hello" in German. Cool... upon entering the store, I received zero interest, assistance, or aide. I walked the entire store some areas 3x and not one peep from anyone. As an introvert, I appreciated that lack of interaction, but as a customer, I left feeling unwelcome. I originally went with the idea of buying location specific merchandise and inquire about my service. There was no Nuremberg Harley gear, and I never asked about a service. This place just didn't have the Harley feel... the allure about the brand that's beyond just a bike.”

“I came to them for a comprehensive insurance claim assessment after my moving company trashed my bike. They picked up my bike from in front of the base and treated it as they would their own bike. I requested an insurance damage appraisal and repair, brake, tire, fork maintenance, and modifications to the blinkers and heated grips. They completed the repairs and my requested modifications meticulously. They were flexible with my schedule and always courteous! I would especially like to highlight Stefan's professionalism! “So I normally only went here. What I've noticed is be prepared to wait... A long, long time. My last visit there I had new tires put on, an oil change and brake fluid change. It took 5 hours and 15 minutes. I had an appointment. This is insane. Tire change was good and they cleaned the rims well. Brake fluid change was also acceptable and the petal feel is now much better. By the oil I am still not sure if they really did it. The service in the car was not reset. It still read the same. I had to reset it myself. They spilled oil from the filter and left the puddle of oil on the plastic underskirt of the vehicle which I will have to clean. This is the only indication the oil was changed. The oil does not look very fresh to me and I will have it done again elsewhere. All in all I am not satisfied and will not be going there again. I also need to add I was told my AC system was leaking. After having it checked by a qualified shop it was determined to be in perfect working order and just needed a refill.”

“Way too expensive to service a bike. Just an example, two tyres (Pirelli Angel ST) mounted for 481,83 EUR a while back. Yearly service with oil change about 50% more expensive than another dealer. Very unfriendly staff at the reception. These are just some of the reasons for a 1-Star rating and for me to seek alternatives in other cities, although I live in Heidelberg, 5 minutes from M.A.D. EDIT: I'd like to thank the owner for his response and for confirming the shop charges high (UVP) prices. The unfriendly tone of the reply reflects the nature of the shop and proves my comment about some staff being unfriendly.”
