“I bought my machine from Star Island before they sold to GO AZ. I had a problem so thought I should take it to them to handle any warranty issues. They diagnosed the problem ok (cost me $155 for that) but the service guys told me they checked the warranty and it wasn't covered. Come to find out they didn't check the warranty (lie #1). When I called them on it they actually checked it and told me it was covered (lie #2) after I already purchased after market parts that I couldn't return. When I called the GM to complain he checked the warranty again and said it was not covered. This outfit is totally lacking in the honesty and transparency department and not to be trusted as far as you could throw them. Beware! There are to many good repair facilities in this town that are trustworthy and way less expensive. GO AZ isn't one of them. Update 11/29/23 So one of the directors asked me to contact them so I called and got no answer but left a message. Never got a call back. Even their "Customer Service" is superficial. Come to find out the A-Arm bushings they said were bad weren't really bad. A trustworthy technician told me they already had the good ones installed. No sense to replace them. Overall GO AZ Motorcycles service is far from honest and trustworthy. My advice, RUN AWAY!”

The staff are all so clearly passionate and interested in the product and that makes it extremely reassuring when making the (big) decision to buy a bike. Ken specifically was amazing. I’ve worked with him before when I was working retail a year ago and he still remembered me! Super cool guy and was really understanding and helpful for me as a first time dealership buyer. I cannot recommend iron horse enough whether it be service or sales they are 100% the way to go.”
