“First of all, if I could give zero stars I most certainly would. I had a motorcycle taken here to be repaired for an insurance claim clear back in June of 2023. I periodically would call and check on the progress and they would say they were waiting on parts and that some were “obsolete.” I gave them the benefit of the doubt and trusted them in the beginning like any customer would. This had become a SEVERAL month wait time. It had been long enough that I finally drove over to this business to really figure out what was happening. They hadn’t even touched my bike and it had been 5 months since it was dropped off. The real reason I’m severely pissed off is that they had an employee that missed several repairs on my quote and I’m talking THOUSANDS. I simply told them that they either needed to fix my bike with the check that my insurance company sent me months before, or they were going to need to contact the insurance company to make it right. Fast forward now about 3 months, I was finally able to pick this bike up. I show up and they tried charging me for MORE than my bill! I tried asking about my quote being wrong and the response I get was, “Well we’re just going to forget about that”, and then chuckled like the situation was funny. Then I asked if the owner was in for the day and I was told he was not able to talk to me. I left my information for the owner to reach out to me and still have yet to hear from him. I have absolutely no desire to return to this establishment for any further business. I hope nobody else ever experiences this sort of situation with this company! 0 out of 5 stars!”

“$233 for a motorcycle oil change. One I bought there. Honda NT700V. Haven't been ripped off like this in a long time. I thought they were honest folks there, and of course some of the people there are lovely and very honest. Feels bad though. And I was quoted approximately $50 on the phone. The cost was brought down to $183 with a 3% charge to use my card. Just a bad experience. 😔”
