“she bought the bike had it shipped here she couldn't test drive it up to speed on the highway because traffic was bad during the Ladies in Leather Rally I will say this The sales staff was great the pricing was great, my complaint is 1,000% about the service department, or whoever's in charge of servicing a vehicle before they sell it to someone they sent this to us here in Dallas my wife specifically, someone sent this bike out to my wife who bought it said it had 170 point inspection, Also, she had a new front tire put on it from them before they sent / delivered it. What kind of dealer service department does this!!!!! We went on a ride here after they delivered it she says I'm shaking like a paint can during her 1st ride on the highway at highway speeds The demo that she took it on was during ladies and leather parade and she was happy with it she bought the bike had it shipped here she couldn't test drive it up to speed on the highway because traffic was bad during the rally. but check out the video that I am posting to this review UPDATE: The management did reach out to my wife, and arranged to pick up the bike from our house here in Dallas, take it back to their service department and give it a real multi point inspection. We were told by them that they did some personnel changes in the service department and have reinforced the etiquette of doing a more thorough inspection before any bike is delivered to its potential owners. Thanks to the crew for taking care of her bike. Although it is now several weeks later, it's back in her possession.”

“Their customer service is EXCELLENT! We were there on Sunday with a friend who previously went to R&R HD and was looking to buy a new CVO. At R&R, he asked about one, and they said they'd get back to him with a price, and asked if he asked his wife if it was okay.. he's not married and it took 5 days to get back to him after he called them back twice. Southeast Harley was a totally different experience. Keith at Southeast found the exact bike he was looking for, arranged for a trade, and treated him like he was a highly valued customer. Keith took grrat care of all of us as my friend was educated on all the features of his new bike. We weren't ignored when he found out that we weren't there to buy something. They have plenty of merchandise, a diner for food and something to drink, and a great staff who treat you with respect. Sadly, I had dismissed SEHD because other dealers were closer. But after our experience with Keith and South East, my friends and I will always be making the trip to South East.”

“The service I received up to my arrival, where I secured my tires and parts by phone, was easy, seamless, and generally positive. The parts department was easy to deal with. The dealership does however have an issue with their phone lines though, and at times it was very difficult to get them via phone. Once I arrived at the service department, I waited for my bike, and after about 2 and a half hours, my tire changes were completed. After some confusion regarding the price I was quoted, the billing was corrected and I paid my bill and left. About 5 miles from the dealership I noticed that my rear tire was not on the bead. I was originally reluctant to ride it back, as it looked like it could lose its seal, being a tubeless tire. The service department said ride it back. I returned and error was corrected. I was told that sometimes this kind of thing happens. I was not offered any remedy other than the correction to the mounting, and another test ride to ensure that all was right. After another 2 hours, I left the dealership at approximately 2 pm. I am unsure how a tech who spun balanced the tire, would miss 10 inches of the tire not being seated on the bead. As it was installed on a bagger, I was lucky that my riding partner noticed it before I got on the freeway. As I live 4 hours away, it is unlikely that I would choose to use this service department again. It was a dissapointing situation, regarding this series of events, and it made me question my decision to use this service department. When the service department was initially made aware of the improper installation, the immediate response was "what do you want us to do about it? Bring the bike back and we'll take a look." In the end, it was installed correctly and I was on my way.”

“We drove in from Palm Springs for a tour of this amazing hot rod shop and it did not disappoint. I felt like a little kid in a candy store of hot rods. Something I have wanted to do for a very long time so that part of my bucket list is complete. The tour guide was super accommodating and willing to go the extra mile for us. Chip was not in the shop today but when he is around he usually comes out to chat with the tour group. I suggest if you are ever nearby you should make a stop here. “Picked up my Multistrada V4S from HVM. I live about 2 and a half hours away and worked with Duane to strike a deal on my new multi. He made the process incredibly easy. From recalls to factory replacement parts, even had the updated phone pocket fitted for me and ready for the day I picked it up. All this with less than a weeks notice. When I arrived he was there to greet me showed me the bike and introduced me to Teddy who walked me through everything I needed to know about the bike and more. They both made the transition incredibly seamless and took the time to answer all my questions and more. Teddy even gave my wife some great advice on her search for her next bike!
