“The service I received up to my arrival, where I secured my tires and parts by phone, was easy, seamless, and generally positive. The parts department was easy to deal with. The dealership does however have an issue with their phone lines though, and at times it was very difficult to get them via phone. Once I arrived at the service department, I waited for my bike, and after about 2 and a half hours, my tire changes were completed. After some confusion regarding the price I was quoted, the billing was corrected and I paid my bill and left. About 5 miles from the dealership I noticed that my rear tire was not on the bead. I was originally reluctant to ride it back, as it looked like it could lose its seal, being a tubeless tire. The service department said ride it back. I returned and error was corrected. I was told that sometimes this kind of thing happens. I was not offered any remedy other than the correction to the mounting, and another test ride to ensure that all was right. After another 2 hours, I left the dealership at approximately 2 pm. I am unsure how a tech who spun balanced the tire, would miss 10 inches of the tire not being seated on the bead. As it was installed on a bagger, I was lucky that my riding partner noticed it before I got on the freeway. As I live 4 hours away, it is unlikely that I would choose to use this service department again. It was a dissapointing situation, regarding this series of events, and it made me question my decision to use this service department. When the service department was initially made aware of the improper installation, the immediate response was "what do you want us to do about it? Bring the bike back and we'll take a look." In the end, it was installed correctly and I was on my way.”
