“Very nice museum with loads to see and explore. Some fascinating pieces and I had lots of fun viewing the art. The building itself is also beautiful and great to look at. The ticket I had which let you go onto multiple floors was 12euro. Great that they had both German and English description boards for the artists, which was useful for tourists. However getting a ticket was difficult as they do not accept MasterCard or Amex, then the machine did not work for my visa which they say they do accept. So I had to walk 10mins to the nearest ATM, annoying for tourists to limit the card reader so much.”

The vistas alone are worth the climb to the house. Our guide was extremely well-informed and told wonderful stories about this incredibly consequential politician.”

“A visit to this sleepy small village is so nice. Especially if your not the fittest person. You can visit the Eifel Blick, at a ruin and climb the old tower to view the valley. There's a small cafe but we were to late to visit. The ruin is avaliable (but a bit rocky) for people with a wheelchair of buggy or so.”

“I recently visited the Ludwig Forum in Aachen, and while I must confess that modern art isn't exactly my cup of tea, I stumbled upon an unexpected gem during my visit. The "Water Bucket Exhibition" showcased an avant-garde approach to the fragility of life, cleverly manifested through strategically placed buckets to catch leaks in the roof. The juxtaposition of the unpredictable water droplets and the surrounding art pieces created a surreal atmosphere, prompting contemplation on the impermanence of our surroundings. It was a stroke of accidental genius that turned a leaking roof into an unintended masterpiece. Kudos to the museum for embracing the unpredictable and weaving an unintentional narrative about the transience of life. Sometimes, art finds its way into the most unexpected places, and this water bucket installation certainly left a lasting impression on me. Bravo to the museum for keeping things refreshingly unconventional!”

“You can take the Bus to a station called " Rheinturm " and from there walk down to Gehry Builduings "Gehry Bauten" . Interesting, funny architecture and worth a visit. Continue the walk down to Old city, it takes you around 30 min walking. Best visited on a Weekend. I recommend buying a 24 hours public transport ticket in Dusseldorf ( 7.60 Euro ) to enjoy the whole city for one day and plan in advance the places to visit.”
