59RW+6GG, Rameswaram-Dhanushkodi Rd, Dhanushkodi, Tamil Nadu 623526, India

“Dhanushkodi, in my point of view, is an enchanting destination that offers a mesmerizing blend of history, spirituality, and natural beauty. As I stood at the tip of this ghost town, I was captivated by the remnants of its glorious past. The dilapidated buildings and the rusted remains of the railway station spoke volumes about the devastating cyclone that once swept through this place. It was both haunting and awe-inspiring to witness the resilience of nature amidst the ruins. The pristine beaches of Dhanushkodi added a touch of serenity to my experience. The turquoise blue waters and the soft, golden sand created a picturesque setting that was hard to resist. I found solace in taking long walks along the shoreline, with the gentle breeze caressing my face. The sight of fishermen going about their daily routines, surrounded by the breathtaking backdrop of the Bay of Bengal, left an indelible impression on my mind. Overall, Dhanushkodi is a hidden gem that transports you to a bygone era. Its historical significance, coupled with the ethereal beauty of its surroundings, make it a must-visit destination for those seeking a unique and soul-stirring experience.”

“My recent visit to the Crocodile Park in Amaravati was truly delightful, making it a wonderful destination for families and nature enthusiasts alike. The park offers a captivating experience, especially for children, with its diverse collection of crocodiles. The variety of crocodile species on display provided an educational and engaging experience for young visitors. The well-maintained enclosures allowed for safe observation, and the knowledgeable staff added valuable insights into the world of these fascinating reptiles. While the park itself exceeded expectations, the issue arose with the parking arrangements. Parking is available on the roadside, a convenient option, but unfortunately, a fee is charged for this service. It seems unnecessary to charge visitors for parking, especially when it's an open area without designated spaces. A complimentary parking service would enhance the overall visitor experience and align better with the park's family-friendly appeal. Despite this minor inconvenience, the Crocodile Park at Amaravati remains a highly recommended destination for a day of learning and exploration. The enchanting atmosphere and captivating exhibits make it a standout attraction in the region.”

“Very underrated fort and beach... It was really an awesome experience. The fort was built on 18th century by maratha King serfoji. The monument is 8 storied hexagonal tower which was used to store weapons and acts as a lighthouse. The fort was renovated with children's park. Evenings many kids will use the children's park having many rides to play and have toilet facilities. One disadvantage is no shop to dine. Only juice shops will be there near fort. If we take food with us we can park out car n eat under the trees. The beach is also has a good vibe has less tide so anyone can enjoy the sea.... Lots of shops at the shore so after the bath you can have ur favourite snacks like fish fry, potato spring roll etc.”
