This is an invaluable experience for anyone who has an interest in WWII and The Holocaust, also for anyone who had families that lived through it, or lost loved ones. The artifacts and exhibits are humbling and devastating, but the spirit of perseverance carries through. It happened before, it is our responsibility to make sure it never happens again.”

“We live in the neighborhood behind the Troy Historical Village, and this was my first visit! We came for the holiday event. My daughter had come for a school field trip and got to play the role of Any Wattles. It left a huge impact on her and she shared it with everyone she could this night. It really was an amazing time - absolutely stunning. I think I’d want to come with a bit of a larger group in the future to have more conversation. It was only us two and another mother and child duo. I think in the future I’d do the lunch event, too! Cannot wait to come back and see the village in all the seasons! I’m really hoping I’ll have an event that I can host here in the future. Who knows - maybe we will get involved one day.”
