“Stay away if you require ANY post sales support. Once Minidisc have your money they'll blame the consumer for issues and expect payment for replacement parts. They'll wash their hands of all responsibility and plase the onus back on you. I purchased a pair of Audeze-LCD-2Cs. Within 2 years the earpads have started peeling EVERYWHERE. Now, I've taken fantastic care of my headphones. They cost me over a grand and I baby them. I've had cheaper Audio Technica, Sennheiser and even cheaper corsair and logitech gaming headsets where I've NEVER experienced this issue. I'd also like to add that all the previous headphones I used were for EVERYTHING so they got beaten up a lot. My Audeze's are exclusively for at home at my desk in a temperature controlled room. As someone who used to look to Minidisc for a lot of my audio purchases this has left a bad taste in my mouth and I'll be going elsewhere for my audio needs moving forward. I cannot in good faith recommend them any longer.”

“An icon of a store in Sydney yet so far away from me in the inner city. Their website is expansive so I made the trip and long n' behold here I am! I finally made it over the bridge and all the bush that the North has in Sydney and for what its worth the experience was value for money. Not only did I get what I wanted but their reputation as a Music Centre really is one for everyone. From drums to brass to bass they have it in store. Plenty of staff on hand to guide what's available. I only came in for what I was looking for and found it here!”

“Extremely rude and unprofessional staff specifically the manager Emma is extremely rude, unprofessional and very bad customer service, crazy women, So I bought a dji mini drone for $700 and took it home and it was not getting connected to my phone. I went back and explained but Emma kept saying very rudely, my husband has the same one he doesn't have any issues, my son also has the same one but no issues and I have sold so many and never any issues. She kept arguing that there is nothing wrong with DJI. We argue for an hour and even her staff member spends half an hour trying to connect to my phone and ends up saying my phone is faulty. Anyways I called the DJI customer service from the store and DJI ended up telling me that they are aware of this issue and they will be sending an email to the JB hi-fi to give you a refund straight away. Even after this she was more rude and doesn't want to apologise. I really hope JB hi-fi sends her for some customer service training and I am still shocked at how dare she treat me like this.”

“The best record store I’ve ever been to, not just in Adelaide but anywhere! Despite the store’s small size, their vinyl collection is vast and feels almost tailored to my taste. I can’t just browse here, I always have to buy something because there’s too much good stuff here to pass up. Amazing for metal & punk, but they have so much more than that too. A sprawling collection of records from a lot of niche genres outside of metal I love such as Post-Rock, Shoegaze, Dream Pop, Experimental Rock and many others. Lots of alternative albums, amazing owners who are always very friendly, welcoming and know their stuff. If I am to say it, this is the best record store in Australia!”
