“Indifferent and poor customer support.I bought a LG G3 77inch and sound bar,the staff seemed knowledgeable and helpful . Once the purchase was completed I was informed that the installation would be an additional £90 I accepted this and was also told the sound bar would come later. I was told it’s an additional fee to fit the sound bar after making several calls to the shop, I fitted it myself but can’t get the sound bar working. The shops response is that’s surprising but nothing they can do.”

“The experience I have with this company has been very bad and exhausting in sending emails. I have bought many times from this company. The first time I spent around £800 and in a couple of years my DJ equipment started to fail. I thought it would be due to lack of time, which should not be the case. At one time the company was good but over the years it has been in decline. Before, deliveries were on time. but now the company that Westenddj hires, the “DPD” delivery company, does not care and does not take into account that the packages are very fragile and sometimes we as consumers spend a lot of money. By this I mean that since I have been placing orders again online my orders have arrived broken and damaged, not only the delivery company is to blame since the Westenddj company is also partly to blame since a long time ago I bought vinyl records and both orders arrived with the records scratched and worn, As if they had already used it, it is assumed that if you buy something online you would have to receive it new and not used and this has already happened to me a lot because recently I bought a case for my FLX controller AND IT ARRIVED IN A VERY POOR CONDITION. I complained to Westenddj by email and they wanted me to pay the return knowing that it was not my fault that my order arrived in terrible condition and I am still waiting for my return order and it is already two weeks since I made the return and I still have not I have not received any email from this company or any response so I have to take my time to go to the store and claim my order again. I feel cheated and stupid in this situation. I recommend another store that is better than this one and has better service.”
