“Friendly staff. Great teachers. Solid selection. Every experience I've had going into Kline has been great. They do a good job of covering a lot of musical categories. They have guitars, basses, keyboards, ukuleles, harps, saxophones, French horns, trumpets, trombones, cellos, violins, bongos, percussion stuff, and even a few oddities from around the world. The only thing that comes to mind that some might consider a negative is that most of their instruments come from the same brands. For example, they have a decent selection of bass guitars, but they are all Fender, Yamaha, and a couple from Gretsch. So if you're looking for a specific brand, give them a call before popping in to see if they carry that brand. I love the place and would highly recommend giving them a visit.”

“In 2021 I “stumbled “ upon Upscale Audio while looking for a replacement for my Sony HAP Z music streamer. The Auralic Altair G2.1 was my first purchase - but not the last. In numerous long phone calls Upscale’s Sean Smollen has since guided me on my journey to assemble my dream system. It now includes Primaluna EVO 400 power amp, EVO 400 Pre Amp and EVO 100 DAC. (As I fell in love with the beautiful “Tube” sound the Altair had to be replaced with Auralic’s Aries G2.1 to connect to the EVO 100 DAC). All components are protected by Audioquest Niagara 1200. Sean also guided me through cable selections and shared recommendations for speaker placement. I will certainly turn to Sean when it comes to replacing my 22 year old B&W 804s.”

“In between our flights from Utah to London, we had a stop in LA. During our first flights my headphones stopped working. I was freaking out about flying 12 hours without out my noise canceling headphones. Consequently, we stopped at the Outlets at Orange to see if they could help. Carlo, the store manager, is awesome. He was able to quickly address our headphone concerns, making sure we left the store with a working set of Bose QC25 noise canceling headphones. In a world where people do not always work together, respect one another, or give kind customer service, Carlo goes above and beyond, reminding everyone how valued customer service should be done. Thank you Carlo.”
