He expertly demonstrated them to narrow down final candidates for trial, and was great with communication during the process, answering my questions quickly and completely, and always with the good humor and kindness of a friend. A lot of shops play games, but I felt like everything was exceptionally transparent and up front during the entire process. I couldn’t recommend Potter Violins and Jim more highly. I love the viola they helped me find; it could have been a years long process but was made quick and easy with their tremendous connections, inventory, and people.”
