They know their stuff and are friendly to boot. I had a Turntable speed issue fixed with minimal fuss and was kept in the loop the entire time regarding costs, labour and what was being done to “my baby”. I was so thrilled with the team I got my Sansui Amp in queue for a much needed check up. I am impressed as they don’t push any “full recapping” or complete restorations and rather believe in fixing audio components as needed so they can perform to spec as originally designed. Rock on and glad to see a business keeping vintage gear around for the next generations to enjoy!”

“Bad customer service ever... I have been a customer in North Vancouver store for more than 3 years. This afternoon I got stuck in traffic and have no time to drive back home for my kids piano books. I was trying to borrow from the musical store but the staff was like"we are not library, we cannot do it."with coldness and all cold words ... in front of my ten years old kid. Well, I was shocked and speechless. Where is the Christmas spirit and where is the customer service professional attitude. My ten year old asked me to forgive them because it is Christmas. I do forgive because I still hold the Christmas spirit and not let negative energy to drag me down.Hope next time Mr. P can give me back an apology and treat me more professionally.”
