“The food, while it looked great, was totally BLAND! Gumbo had no flavor salt barely helped it. The crab cake sandwich was super mushy with nothing but filled. After one bite the patty just fell apart. The fries were good. The band did what they were supposed to do. The service was super slow and everyone’s food came out separately and so far between that we had to ask the waiter a few times about our food and drinks. It took about 20-30 minutes to get 3 shots. By time we got them it was time to head out the door and the band was over.”

“I had lunch here for the first time because of a recommendation. Now, I am recommending the Hideout Bar & Grill. I expected their food to be good, but it exceeded my expectations. The wings were very large, hot off the fire, seasoned well, juicy, tender, slightly crispy, and mouth watering delicious. I didn’t need or want any sauces on my wings because they were already perfect. The fries and onion rings were also very good and hot, not warmed under a lamp. The portions were large and tasty. We will return soon because I started craving the food again the next day.”

“I did not know what to expect as I was attending a show with a friend. I really loved how straightforward everything was. They had a cooler with water you could refill your own cup. I was served my wine out of a can, which sounds kind of not great but it is because the wine is never corked like it might be another bar situations where the drinkers mostly order beer or liquor. And I got two glasses out of it for the $10. That was a deal! They had lots of options available for drinking. You can have your own food brought in as they do not offer food service. Everyone was super nice and welcoming and friendly. I loved the decor and the stage area was neat and nice. It also had good sound for the setup. A really nice little bonus as they put phone chargers at the lamps on the booths in the bar area. Great idea! A little thing that goes a long way.”

“My cousin took me here for lunch, saying what a great place it was. It was. Great atmosphere, friendly staff, very festive for the holidays, and the food was just fabulous. The hamburger was juicy, the bun was fresh, and the onion rings were some of the better ones I've ever had. They should ask Uncle Jack for some new coffee mugs though, mine looked a bit sad. :) I'll be back for sure, lots of choices on their menu that I want to try.”

“Really disappointed with the experience here. A couple of the musicians were really talented but the rest were embarrassing to listen to. Playing several instruments poorly is not what we were expecting in a piano bar at all. The music selections were like from a cheap wedding. We paid $140 (you get a $40 drink credit) for a table and were excited to be seated right up front but after like 2 songs the whole front area was filled with people dancing (terribly) and so we couldn't see the musicians at all. Plus everyone was really drunk so they were spilling drinks everywhere and bumping into our table trying to shove the chairs out of the way. Complete rip off. The server was either really slow or just totally overwhelmed so the drinks took forever. We've been to piano bars before and so I was really excited for high quality musicians and a good show but all we really got were a couple dudes screaming into a mic, one really good female singer and a TON of very drunk college kids and their parents. So weird. Definitely don't waste your money here.”

“Absolutely! We stumbled across this place and are so happy we did. Staff was friendly, It was bright, clean, pleasing to the eye and you could tell a lot of thought went into this place. Food was amazing and please note there is a warning on the menu that the food can take up to an hour because it's all made to order. It only took about 25 minutes as we we're there around 1:00 in the afternoon on Friday so it wasn't very busy. I wish it was in my city.”

“I was in awe of how the space was put together. You can tell the layout was very intentional and conducive to hanging out with multiple groups of people. Not only did they have a main area, they had a few side areas, an area with art in it, and an area leading to restrooms with seats if the music became overwhelming for those with auditory needs. The venue was colorful and well put together. The art was tasteful and elicited conversation. It was overall a great time. I also very much appreciated that this place had gender neutral restrooms.”

“Got two take out meals tonight and while my partners chicken fried steak meal was fine aswell as my side of sweet potato fries,I unfortunately have to give the food a 1star due to the extremely burnt burger I received. I requested a medium mushroom swiss burger and received a burger so burnt on the bottom I could barely eat it, im talking hovkey puck black and crispy on the bottom. Due to being sick with a cold currently,I decided not to drive and return the food,I did cut off a sizeable amount of rock hard burnt burger off the bottom of my burger to try to make it edible. (Picture of burnt beef peices below) It was extremely over cooked and dry even after having the burnt bottom removed. Very disappointing as sit down orders in the past here have been good. I would not take out from here again.”

“Update: December 2023. The place is much much cleaner. Actually saw people running around with cleaning spray periodically. It's much improved. I was disappointed that the wait staff never approached my table to ask me for a drink. I had to go to the bar. I was there for 2.5 hours roughly. I'm happy they're improving. This place has lots of potential but overall it's run down and dirty. It doesn't cost anything to clean and to do some general maintenance. The bathrooms are some of the worst I've ever seen. I will say the wait staff is always extremely prompt and friendly. After you get past the Karen at the front door the place is pretty fun.”
