“What an amazing place! The Tender Mercy name is on a banner on the building but there's no sign at the entrance to the bar. If you're standing in front of Sueno's, there are metal stairs in the sidewalk going down - down there is where you'll find Tender Mercy. Atmosphere is top-notch, moody and trendy and darkly romantic. It's very cosy with some fun nooks and corners, but for the most part, it's seating along the long bar, and some lovely wraparound bench seating, low tables, and a few footstools to sit on. There's a whole back room with more seating, but I didn't poke around much back there. The drinks are fantastic and inventive, and if anything on the menu doesn't look good to you, they can make the normal stuff too. The staff are welcoming, creative, and helpful. We tried both food items - one is an "adult lunchable" which is basically charcuterie in a bento box, and another cereal-based snack mix that was very good, except I don't like wasabi peas. If you have a date you want to impress, or have an extra-special night out, or just want to make a Tuesday special, then this is the place to go. Parking is on the street, or there is valet Thurs-Sun (i think - no valet on our wed trip)”

“Best bar and concert venue I've been to! With two story outdoor seating and vast bar space, you'll never feel crowded. There's indoor and outdoor sand volleyball courts which I found was so unique. I'll be back to use them as I can here to see the bands Harmless Habit and Liberty Deep Down. The full bar also serves pizza and the best jello shots I've ever had. 100% recommend, so worth my trip to Columbus!! :)”

“My first time at an establishment as such. I didn't know what to expect. This place is definitely for a music lover. Very good performers added with the interaction from the crowd and great it is. This place allows you to bring in OUTSIDE food because they Do not have an operating kitchen. It's unfortunate that I didn't know this beforehand. The signature cocktails were decent. There's a limited selection of liquors at the bar. Request are accepted from the pianist. A different kind of experience.”

“Great bar with awesome bartenders. Very open and friendly. The owner is very cool and doesn't tolerate bigots or haters. Plus it has some of the most creative beers, different enough that I even drink them. There is also a free arcade and other games too. The bar also has different events different nights of the week. Follow them on social media to see what's going on. Very chill place, and easily one of my favorites.”

“Went there after lunch hours. There were still several tables of people and people at the bar. We were seated immediately. The menu covers about anything you want. Burgers are good. My son had the Philly steak sandwich. He said it was good and tasty. I had Bobcat burger with chips. Chips were good! His fries were also very good and I don't like fries! There's a full bar for adult beverages. The wait staff was excellent at keeping an eye on not only our table but ALL tables and what was needed before you had a chance to ask!”
