“We had made reservations for NYE morning to have brunch via their online reservation system about 30 days before. We even received a confirmation text the day prior and confirmed we were going. Unfortunately, when we arrived, the restaurant was closed until the evening. Luckily, one of the chefs was there and directed us to a diner nearby which was good but definitely very different from what we expected to be eating that morning. At least the chef was nice and helpful which is why it gets two stars (he would get 5 stars for his helpfulness).”

“Ghost Town’s beers are as tasty as the brewery itself is metal. And the brewery is pretty metal. They’ve got more beers on tap, with tons of variety, than you could reasonably consume in one sitting (though that would be kinda metal too I guess). Awesome beers, awesome space, awesome staff. “Aye, a great divey punk bar in the east bay. Ideal outdoor space, inside there’s a small stage for intimate shows. Metal core is blaring in the background, and there are two stocked pool tables. Drinks are affordable and stiff, and people are just having a great time. Along with it being a cool spot, there is some great food too. Pop up by Lula’s pit was so good! There was a delicious vegan sandwich option, but for omnivores, the tri-tip sandwich was also delicious. The mac and cheese was also insanely good, a ton of flavor and I loved that they used farfalle pasta. Definitely will be back here soon. Thanks Eli’s!”

“The Easter brunch was delicious and a little pricey. The food flavors were amazing but the brunch didn’t include any beverages $45. I had fried fish, shrimp with grits and crawfish on my biscuit; delicious. The seating is difficult for physically challenged people. The chairs at the tables are tall without arms and the couch doesn’t offer support for physically impaired folks to lift from. The food was delicious, the music was perfect but prepared to spend about $80 per person if you drink. I would definitely recommend this place if you want great tasting food and a good vibe. Everyone there is friendly and professional.”
