“I've been here for a haircut in July '21 while I was on holiday. I was treated like a princess, they were super professional, the haircut was amazing. I then came back to London, yesterday I went to Tony & Guy to have the same haircut and they failed miserably. Michele was so experienced. I will definitely go back there if I need a haircut in Foggia. The only flaw was the aesthetician, his wife, she didn't really make me feel comfortable and at ease, she was quite judgemental about my skin condition just to convince me to do more treatments and spend more money , which is very unprofessional. But the hard work of Michele and his girls - especially the girl with tattoos on her arms - deserves more than 5 stars. Really reccomended.”

“Very rude staff! They were constantly following everyone in the Spa, it looked like there was one person in charge of spying on each group of people to see what they do and where they go! When you enter, they only tell you in a very threatening and insulting way the things that you should not do, no warm greetings here! I’d say one word about the staff but I can’t say it here….. Will go to villaggio della salute next time!”

“I went in looking to purchase Rare Beauty products. Eventually I found out that they did not stock it but showed me the some of the minis of products they did have. I got my bits and waited at checkout for over 15 minutes because a lady in front was having an issue. I could see that there was another cashier chatting to someone who looked like she knew personally. The line was getting long and still no sign of anyone coming. Eventually another lady came and I was able to get my few bits.”

“What a wonderful spa. We stayed at this hotel and spent time in the spa. I loved their natural hot springs pool especially. So serene. And right next to the hot springs pool there is a "normal" pool, which is a little bit cooler but still very lovely and warm. At the spa my husband had massage, and I had a prenatal massage (4 months pregnant!). Everything was wonderful. We loved every minute and really got to relax and recharge. Highly recommend! Really friendly staff as well.”
