“This is a divine hotel. We have been coming here for Christmas almost every year for the past 10 years, so I can say most about the hotel at this particular time of the year. The hotel is more boutique size which we like very much, as it doesn't feel crowded even during such a busy time as Christmas. The food is what I probably enjoy most, the breakfast is good but the lunch and dinners are so delicious that I would like to eat everything even though I am often too full. Breakfast is in the form of a buffet with standard options such as eggs, porridge (oatmeal) etc. which can be ordered a la carte, without any additional charge. The lunch and dinner in the Christmas offer follow the structure of bread, amuse bouche, a choice of a starter or soup, main course and dessert. While living in London I have visited multiple Michelin-starred restaurants over the years and I can confidently say that the food quality is very high here. Most of the years we were lucky to get enough snow and so be able to ski/snowboard on the nearby mountain called Jaworzyna Krynicka. In the event of the lack of snow, the nearby town is worth visiting or one could spend more time indulging and relaxing at the spa. It is worth mentioning that during the Christmas period the treatments get booked fairly quickly. The staff along with the food is where the hotel shines, they are very helpful and well-trained going above and beyond to accommodate the needs of their guests. Christmas Eve is in the form of a plated dinner where traditional dishes are served in a slightly modernised way (but don't worry, the "Barsch" or "Barszcz" is still going to be there). During the dinner, Christmas carols are played and the guests are encouraged to sing along if they feel like it. Santa Claus makes an appearance too bearing gifts for the kids. The dress code during dinners is smart. Overall the hotel is fantastic, it is my family's tradition to come here every year, and I cannot imagine Christmas without this hotel. I would highly recommend it to everyone.”

Consistently tiny bleeding as the staff who is in charge of me stabbed my flash to remove cuticle. She use cuticle remove scissor not nipper😅 And i show them brown color. But they just use black color haha.. more over, my thumb nail has been broken next day so i have to visit again to fix. Service wise, they are very kind and professional.”

As someone with curly hair, it has always been difficult to find a hairdresser who could straighten your hair perfectly without the help of a straightener. The staff and owner are very nice, offering hot drinks and quite good coffee and delicacies in the waiting room. I've dyed my hair, and it always turns out amazing. The products they use are of very good quality and make my hair feel very smooth. I 100% recommend this salon”

“I advise against using D-lux products! and I warn you. Encouraged by videos on Facebook, I bought D-LUX - Liquid for Burns, which DESTROYED MY OVEN. I advise against. The complaints department thinks it's my fault and the oven works, so what am I talking about? they rejected the complaints. The oven is to be replaced!!!! which is associated with high costs for me .... I certainly do not have a lux oven now. Plus, the smell of this liquid is nauseating. D-lux grout liquid - ZERO effect, completely does not work (on the plus side that there is no damage at all 😉 Dissatisfied customer”
