“I recently had an experience at this salon, and I must say I was quite disappointed. The advertised prices don't accurately reflect the actual costs, which turned out to be much higher. During my visit, I repeatedly communicated to the nail technician that I only wanted a mini pedi with a gel overlay and nothing more. To my surprise, when it came time to pay, I was informed about additional charges for a massage and foot bath, which I was never told about beforehand.”

“I went through to Glow on 06th November 2023. I called that morning and had a very friendly receptionist assist me, she managed to help me secure an appointment the same day and I was grateful. Unfortunately, I had to move the time and she again helped me to accommodate me the same afternoon. I was fortunate enough to get Kea as my therapist, she was so professional, explained everything to me, gave to advice and was really gentle and great with my skin as well. Thereafter I questioned the price as I did not actually receive what I had requested and booked for, mind you I had reviewed the website and pricelist first. I paid and left and within 20 minutes I received a call to say the manager has been consulted and with an apology came a solution. What fantastic service!!!! Two days later my skin feels amazing. I have referred my team at work and my family here and will definitely be a regular client. Great service does exist we just have to find these hidden gems.”

“I had a lash removal appointment scheduled for 16:45. Upon arrival I was asked to come back 30 minutes later because the lash artist had accepted a client who was late. This is completely unacceptable! People who are late should be asked to reschedule so they won't inconvenience people who are on time. Alternatively they could have called me beforehand to ask me if they can move my appointment up by 30 minutes. But don't wait until I come there and then you tell me you are 30min behind schedule because you accepted a late client. You have wasted my time because you have zero respect for other people's time! Don't leave people in charge of a business who don't have a clue how to manage a business and a time schedule. I cancelled my appointment and walked out. You will never see me returning to this unprofessional place. I don't know how you expect to build a client base with service like this!”

“I had my nails done about two weeks ago & I left the dry bar salon unhappy with my nails. I did not say anything because it was the second time having my nails done & I had received a voucher from the Riverside branch due to a bad nail job (confirmed by the manager). The nail tech at Dainfern Drybar Salon was using an almost finished nail colour & it caused my nails to be lighter in some spots & darker in others. Now my nails are bubbling & chipping but have barely grown out? This is the second complaint I have made using a Sorbet in the past month. I am not happy at all - waste of cash. I am not impressed at all. Why are you letting staff use old nail product? Love the branch & the staff - but the application, use of old products, some nail staff not knowing what they are doing is NOT okay. I would like a full refund for a soak off & gel application or a voucher to redo this mess. It is embarrassing.”
