“I give it a one star because it was my first time going there a few days ago. I had snakebites before but they grew up for the second time so i wanted them redone and a nose piercing. I got in there and she did clean my nose BUT.. there was no warning at all before she stabbed me which really threw me off cuz i didn’t think she was even ready yet and she did it so fast i didn’t even have time to respond. Before I knew it, she had already pierced my nose and both sides of my lip before I even had a chance to breathe which can make someone pass out.. it was like she was in a race for no reason whatsoever. I found that to be a bit rude cuz even the toughest of people need a second to breathe in between piercings. Furthermore, she obviously pierced my lips with the wrong piercings as well because they are trying to close in on the inside of my lip. Wouldn’t surprise me cuz when I asked what piercings they had that I could purchase from the front, they literally showed me one handheld box to choose from, using the same small piercings for different locations which is odd to me. Everyone in the lobby was nice but next time i think ill spend the extra money to go somewhere else. Piercer courtesy means the most to the ones sitting in the chair getting stabbed.👌🏼”

“Staff is very friendly. But unfortunately i booked a pedicure in the morning and not the evening. Only in the evening you get Nail technicians. Any other time of the day you get cosmetologists which are not allowed to use clippers on the nails or file your heals. The only thing they are allowed to do is file your nails and apply polish. I know its only 20$. But with what you receive , you are better off doing your polish at home . Not the cosmologists fault, but bad management.”

“Exceptional professionalism and thorough consideration for patrons. They did an intake which included allergy documentation. I didn’t see a hydration station so bring your own water. This is a judge free, calm environment, no loud music. A movie or show is kept on for guest entertainment. The salon is very clean and welcoming. They do service children, my youngest daughter got her first trim, she is two and will be three in two months. My oldest enjoyed herself as well. I was welcomed to return the same day to get my hair completed and it wasn’t in my plans but I knew it was the right choice and they squeezed me in. All three of us got a wash, deep condition, and a trim for a great price. Thank you Courtney, Tiffany, and Rav’va! ♥️ 💓 Oh and did I mention they sanitize each chair and appliance after each use ☺️”

“I have been coming to Tam for 2 years plus now! I see Tam for nails about every two weeks and she has NEVER disappointed me! She is talented and extremely sweet and professional. I drive about 40 minutes one way to see her because no one in my area compares! Her salon is very clean and beautiful. I’ve seen a few others there for my pedicures and every time I leave very happy! “I went to O Nails today, and Allen was my nail technician. Not only did he do an amazing job fixing my nails from a previous bad experience at a different salon in town, but he also took his time and did EXACTLY what I wanted. He wasn’t rushed and was so patient with me. I couldn’t possibly express how happy I am with this experience! Will definitely be going there from now on! “I’m not sure what’s going on with Hershey nails but it is going down hill! I get pedicures on the regular and the past year with Hershey nails has been nothing but issues. I keep going back thinking oh it was just a bad day and trying to give the benefit of the doubt but this evening was my last straw. I picked out a beautiful dark solid green glitter for Christmas and my nail tech said oh that beautiful for Christmas and proceeded to go grab my color. She started painting my nails with black. I was taken back by this but figured she knows what she’s doing. Then she adds a clear glitter over top and say do you like? I said um no? This isn’t green at all. And she proceeds to actually argue with me saying this is the color and so I asked to see my swatch again and saw panic on her face. She brings the swatch back that I picked and says they no longer have this color. So instead of telling me that from the beginning she tried to pull a fast one over me. She brought back chunky green glitter and at this point I’ve just had it so she proceeds to put that over top of the black. Over all my toes look like a 5 year old and it’s nothing I would ever ever get if you know me.”
