I was nervous to go somewhere else but I was immediately very pleased by the cleanliness and kindness of everyone here at Lilly! I made an appointment and it began right on time. Vera took great care of me - she was always communicating the process. She asked several times if she was hurting me during filing (and she wasn't) but she was going the extra mile to ensure she was providing great service, and made sure I was happy every step of the way. She perfected the shape of my nails and made sure it was what I wanted before she went any further. She was SO sweet and made great conversation. I was very happy walking away!”
