“I found this nail salon on Yelp. Many reviews were positive about the quality of work so I decided to do a walk in mani and pedi. It was a Saturday earlier in the day so I was lucky they could see me. The experience was so good. I wish I could remember the name of the guy who did my pedicure. He did an amazing job!. I had complimentary champagne and madeleines and then moved to the manicure. I already had a photo ready for what I wanted. Jolie was the lady who did my manicure and she delivered. I have seen her twice already and the results have been wow! 💫 She really has the artistic eye. I will strongly recommend you make an appointment as they are always busy. Tip in cash is preferred. My second visit was during the week after work. I am posting the inspo photos vs the ending results on both visits. My last visit she did the tortoise French🤩. I will have to say the photos don’t do justice on how pretty my nails look. I’ve got many compliments and had given referrals to the salon already.”

“This is by far the best nail salon in the area! Tam is my usual nail technician and she is an incredible artist and so fast! Even some of my more complicated requests she has never taken more than 60-90minutes. Henry is also great and has done my nails several times as well. The salon is lovely with all of the plants and everyone is very kind. Only call out is if you have someone specific you like to do your nails you should book in advance via schedulocity!”

“I brought my daughter in (4 years) to do a mani pedi day with me. I have to say everyone was so friendly and I was really happy with how our nails turned out. My issue is that I feel like they way over charged me. It ended up being $170 . They charged me extra because I used a "special color". I already paid for the gel but apparently the gel color I chose was "special". They also charged me like $15 extra because my 4y/o wanted a sparkly coat over the color she picked. I just feel like they upcharged for so many things that they didn't disclose so I won't be returning.”

“Never again! Came here for a mani and pedi both done very sloppy, filled my finger nails down to nubs 😤! All the staff were rude . Barely did my massage for my pedi package and he filled my to raw!! “Update: contacted them, spoke to the nail tech, and let them know what happened. I was told it must have been my fault (which is very untrue!) and then he told me he’d refund. I haven’t received it but I’ll count this as a sunk cost and just avoid this place. Sucks because Flower and this one lady who did my nails once were so professional and did my eyebrows and nails flawlessly! 10/16/2023: Absolutely horrendous. The guy who has done my nails twice (not the guy with the mustache, the other one) has no consideration for guests: he’s rough, pushy, and does not make it like a comforting nail appointment. My recent appointment I got gel x and as he put the nails on my fingers, the glue/gel x was clearly burning under the light and despite me telling him, he did nothing. He picked the wrong nail sizes and forced them on my nail beds. He did my gel x nails while I was on the foot massage chair. I don’t know but I would think that is a bad place to be doing acrylics! Now part of my finger is bleeding and cracked because he didn’t do his job correctly.I did call and they offered to fix it BUT WHAT ARE THEY GOING TO FIX? I will not be back again and he seriously needs classes on how to be professional and less rough at a nail salon. I am on my way to an urgent care to check this out. If you go her, go to Flower or just anyone else.”
