“We are in month three of our Bullfrog and love it. We love the different jet packs, the tiny difference in the electric bill, and the exceptional customer service. We have had a few electronic glitches but they have come out and worked on the spa and we are confident that everything will work long term. They are friendly, easy to work with and the spa has been a family gathering place. We are so happy and would highly recommend Bullfrog to everyone. It has been a good experience and very relaxing.”

“Waited 10 min in the lobby which was fine, then told to take a seat in the pedicure chair. Waited 30 min there until my water went cold. I was still ok and willing to wait but then they sat 3 me people next to me and started working on them. I told the girl I had now been there for 40 min.... and no the people didn't have an appt. She started talking to the other workers and then said ok we'll get you next. Seriously this is the third time I have gone and waited over an hour. I decided to leave. I'm all good with a wait but don't put my in the water for over 30 min with nothing and then start working on someone else that just got there”
