My original hair stylist could no longer be my wedding day of stylist so Boho offered a complimentary second trial with Tina who was also so fantastic!! Tina was so calming day of and remembered all that we talked about to get the relaxed up do I was looking for. All of my bridesmaids hair also looked incredible so cannot say enough about Boho Hair Salons stylist! The Salon team I worked with via email communication had some mishaps with sending the wrong location in my timeline and not letting me know of the updates to my stylist until closer to my wedding than I'd like which is the only reason why I did not rate a 5 star, but overall it was a great experience.”

“I recently hosted my sisters 30th birthday and rented the private room at The Fountain Spa -- also known as a Pod Party. Everything from start to finish was top notch. The room that we had was great, the massages and facials we all received were beyond relaxing, and the service from everyone we encountered was top notch. I was able to bring in my own food and decorations which helped to personalize the room and make the day that much more special for the birthday girl. The Fountain provided us with coffee, tea, OJ (for mimosas), water (still and sparkling) and paper products. All in all it was the perfect girls day to celebrate a special day!”

“Called a head of time to find out if they had a wig I was looking for specifically and they said come in we will be happy to help you. I drove out of my way (45 min with a baby) all to be rudely disrespected. I specifically said this is needed for a person who has a medical condition and can’t use clip in before coming. I asked the Asian lady who seemed to handle the wig department for some assistance and was told “I’m busy doing inventory” and she shot me away with her hand. The other lady didn’t seem to know much about given inventory as when I asked for help she said “look around this is all we have”. I can clearly use my eyes and didn’t see what I needed so a little bit of assistance would have gone a long way. I know inventory is important but helping clients should be top priority. Sorry but won’t be coming back here for anything. They do have large supply of beautify products for good price- one plus.”

“I received a gel manicure on Wednesday afternoon. By Thursday evening one mail peeled off another was loose and I realized you could see through the color of 2 others. I called the salon to let them know and they immediately got me in for a correction. They were very accommodating and apologetic. Today is Friday (the next day) and 3 nails have peeled off. This manicure was $30 and $5 extra dollars bc I wanted a different color on each nail (even though that’s the same amount of polish you’d normally use). The customer service was good. The actual manicure, not so much.”

“I got red gel polish with powder dip acrylic almond shaped about $48+ tip. Im very particular about my nails, and they aren’t bad and are pretty strong too but the shape it’s my favorite. I wish they were a bit slimmer and even. Some nails were filed shorter than others but it isn’t that noticeable. I just like my nails to be flat and even almost like the pinky nail. The stick in nail that they glued was curved which makes it tougher to get it straight and doesn’t glue on completely. Overall she was sweet took the time to listen to what I said and made changes that she would.”

“I was trying to give this salon a second chance since my nail lady at a different salon is out of the country. I called and asked if they used certain gel, was told yes. I also asked if they can do designs, was told yes. I waited 25 minutes before anything even was started. My nail tech was so nice, but my nails look ABSOLUTELY horrible. Simple design, looks terrible, grammar is wrong. I kept telling her to please re-do, she re did some and not all. It came out worse than I expected. If I call asking for 2 requests and you can’t follow through that is lying. They are not sanitary. Nothing was cleaned in between clients, same stuff used for prior client was used on me. So glad my nail lady comes back next week. Re-doing the mess this salon left my hands. This place only cares about money and not what the paying customer wants. Also half of the pictures they post up on their Facebook they steal from Pinterest or other salons that CAN do the design. Terrible. Never again am I cheating on my nail lady. It’s LOVE not EVOL. 😑”

“I used to really like coming here but lately I just notice that their employees lack the skills needed to be an upscale salon. I had the UV tips done and they are THICK, crooked, different shapes, and honestly just ugly 😭 I have had similar experiences with pedicures where it's a nice process while you're there but when you look at it up close once home you realize you could've done it yourself. Unfortunately it's not worth the price for me when I can get the same UV nails for $30 less and they come out much much better than this.”
