“My family ordered chicken yakisoba, the chicken tasted old, the noodles were good but the meat wasn’t. My sister ordered the same thing and she found a hair in her noodles, they gave her new noodles after we brought it up to the chef, he didn’t say anything to us. There were no pictures on the menus so we didn’t know what our plates would look like so it was just a surprise. The atmosphere of the restaurant wasn’t great the chefs looked mad while we were there. People came for take out every once in a while my family dined in.”

“I went in wanting vagina nail art and I really appreciate Minh and my nail tech for listening and coming through with the best version of vagina art that they could. My only issue was, I had 4 nails that I wanted gold foil on, which was simple compared to the vagina art, but only 2 days after getting my nails done the gold started fading/chipping. No other parts of any of my nails chipped except the foil, so that’s incredibly disappointing after spending the amount I spent. If you’re looking to get nail art done here, I’d recommend going elsewhere. The place was nice and the people were too.”

“The saunas and pools were nice, but the services were some of the worst I’ve ever experienced. I had a scrub, face mask, and massage special and the entire experience was uncomfortable. For the massage in the women’s section they bring you to a curtained section of the sauna where there are three massage tables, and there’s no privacy and it’s kind of loud. The massage itself was painful and made the knots in my back worse. The masseuse was quite literally yanking me around. When she would work on the muscles she would put her full pressure into everything without asking for feedback, and wouldn’t adjust when I told her it was too much. At one point she rinsed my hair and yanked my hair numerous times (which hurt!). They don’t give you a face pillow when you are face-down so my neck ended up cramping and I had a headache post-massage. The customer service was also fairly blunt and not really accommodating which was disappointing for an activity that’s supposed to be self-care. Overall, I would never pay for this type of treatment again. I get massages on occasion and I’ve never had this bad of an experience. I could see the day-pass being worth it but none of the services provided any positive benefit for me. On a positive note the other women in the spa were very kind.”

(3 chairs for manis/and 3 for pedis). So try to make an appointment or just call ahead when you can. The women here are super friendly and attentive. They are always up to play with the designs on my nails. I added a few photos for example. Everyone here is able to help you look your best. Thanks for everything ladies! Can't wait to come back!”

I've found my favorite nail tech (Polly...Paulie...?) And she always does my nails exactly as I like them. Their rates are affordable. They are always busy, but I never have to wait long. Or I can make a same-day appointment. Very happy with my relationship with Tina Nails 💅 💕”

It was a super slow day so i can’t even say it’s because he fit me in. He charged me for extending my nail that he cut to short. My nails aren’t even the same length nor close too it’s horrible and definitely NOT worth the $60 he charged me!”

I wanted Christmasy ombre with more of like a gold white and they did a hot pink white and when I asked to fix they just added more pink and made it kind of like a darker pink, and made the nails super thick there was also a Acrylic on my skin The gentleman did try to get it Off my skin it just kept rubbing my skin raw. We had two different people do our nails because one had an appointment and got us halfway through and then they put us with somebody else to finish asked if they could fix they said no they look pretty they look pretty I am very upset with this due to these are supposed to be my nails for my wedding on Sunday now I have to go somewhere else and get them fixed and pay even more money because they won’t give me my money back or fix the problem Will post a picture of my nails and my sisters also added a photo of what I actually wanted versus what I got”

The once high-end luxury experience now feels less than premium, and the need for an interior renovation is palpable. However, it's not all bleak. Erica, the facial specialist, is a ray of light in this otherwise dimming experience. Her work remains top-notch, and her services are the sole reason I would consider returning. Sadly, the customer service isn't what it used to be, further dampening the experience. I hope Gene Juarez can regain the sparkle it once had, but until then, I find myself exploring other options.”
