“Used to love this place but now it's kind of like that restaurant in the old Tina Fey movie Date Night. "This is Escape. You're welcome." There are no attendants stationed downstairs in the locker room and relaxation areas so if you need something (such as a working light bulb in the pitch dark bathroom, or if you get locked out of your locker) you have to mill around till you find someone, and then they don't speak English so they have to go find someone who does. Both before and after my treatment the relaxation room had groups of gabbing women so I couldn't enjoy some quiet time. Again, where are the attendants? And to add insult to injury they told me my gift card was expired despite it having no expiration date on the card or gift booklet. That's against the law in TN but they don't seem to care. They said I should have somehow known to call and inquire about the unindicated expiration date, and that apparently the employees who do write expiration dates on the gift booklets are going "above and beyond" (the state law, which requires it??) There are plenty of nice spas in Nashville. Don't waste your money here. I left more stressed than when I arrived. It's insulting.”

Tina took me right in with no wait time and told my boyfriend that he could come back to get me in an hour. She went to work removing the old and replacing with the new. They came out beautifully. My guy came in an hour later, as she finished polishing them. Fast service and very friendly. Thank you, Tina. I'd recommend this place highly.”
