My piercer was so professional, very experienced, had a great knowledge and a fantastic creative eye for ear curating. I was not rushed at all, all the staff were warm and welcoming. “My experience at Mink Ballsbridge: The girl at the desk was extremely rude! Asked me to pay before my treatment in a very rude language! Gel polish done! The next day, peeled off totally on my thumbnail ! And the second nail the day after! Which is completely unfair after 60 euro I paid for ordinary gel polish after just 1 day!!! Not recommended at all! Don’t waste your money!”

“I had been in Steven A before for pedicure and acrylic and my experience was good. I wanted to have mini pedicure and gel polish to let my toes rest after acrylic. I got French on my nails but it is just awful! Even if I got my comfortable flip flops to put on after process the man who made my pedicure & gel polish broken my French and he is vanished! white part of French is weird pink. I am going to remove what I got on my nails. And somehow the price on the internet and the price you are charged always is different, I was charged more than on the internet.”

“First time I went the biab was really good but the girl who did it was so unfriendly, barely spoke to me and made me feel so uncomfortable. I booked my next appointment but they told me the girl that did my nails on that day was on holiday for my next appointment but I said no problem book me in with someone else. So I went in last week and the original girl was there so that was untrue. Maybe she refused to do my nails again. Got them done from another lady she was lovely but my nails are already chipping and sore so needless to say I am never going back there again. Pure waste of money. I could say more but let others decide for themselves.”

And so when it came to booking my own bridal nails and nails for my bridesmaids, mother and future mother-in-law, there was nowhere else I was even going to consider. The staff went above and beyond to make the experience special and enjoyable for me, the mammies and my bridesmaids. It was so wonderful being able to have everyone altogether. The staff were also so attentive in helping me pick out the perfect shape and colour for my nails as they understood how important it was to me to have my nails absolutely perfect for my wedding.
