“After receiving the worst set of nails of my life by a salon in DP off Center I drove straight here. I was visibly upset, showed them my nails and asked if they would be able to fix my set. The owner sat me down with LA and she was able to fix my nails exactly how they were originally intended to be and informed me the owner said that I would not be charged. They went above and beyond to help me and were extremely generous and kind. This salon is super clean as well so I will be returning here for now on and sharing my experience with everyone.”

“We went with a group of ladies to get pedicures/manicures. The had seats for us, but then we sat with our feet in the water for more than 30 minutes before being helped. The nail polish that they used on me basically separated as it dried so I already have cracks in the polish. But the most offensive thing was as I was waiting for my nails to dry, they took the toe separators from the lady on my left and immediately used them on the lady on my right. It definitely didn’t give me confidence that any of the tools that they used are clean!”

“The best banya in Texas, it doesn’t get better than this. Our every experience in the “Russian Banya” is very pleasant and enjoyable. It has this specific Slavic vibe to it and I absolutely love it because it reminds me of home. The banya itself is pretty big, it can fit many people and it doesn’t get too crowded. And banya temperature gets really hot, especially if you splash water on the rocks - your gym sauna doesn’t even stand near. There is aroma therapy every day and the owner Misha makes it truly unforgettable. The cold plunge is COLD, not for the weak. Decent 45F (6C) water temperature makes you see what you’re made of. The price is you pay $70 + tip and you can go for the entire week for as much time as you want, in my opinion it’s 100% worth it. If you get a monthly or yearly membership then it’s cheaper. They also have additional massage services, venik, and you can buy a banya hat :) There is delicious Slavic cuisine restaurant and the food really reminds me of my grandma’s. Make sure you don’t skip dessert :) As a Ukrainian, it makes me very happy that “Russian Banya” stands with Ukraine and I will gladly bring my friends here and come back again. Thank you!”

“When I walked into this store there were two employees chatting and didn't greet me. Then a woman walked in the store behind me and they greeted and helped her. No one asked me if I needed any help the whole time I shopped around for five different products. I heard and saw the employees greet and send off every other customer that came and went. It was very suspicious considering there were men, women and children being attended to besides me. Treat every customer with the same respect and hospitality. Period. “Very disappointing! My normal salon nearby was having plumbing issues and was unable to provide services, so I gave this place a try since it was close by. Overall, highly dissatisfied. I personally will never return due to the way I was treated and poor quality of services. I was there for over an hour and was never offered a beverage. Once my pedicure was done I physically got up and stood at the front for at least 5 minutes while the guy helped everyone except me. He even turned to do paperwork and finally looked up with a ‘why are you standing at my counter’ face. I asked him for a glass of wine - wine?!? He said back to me confused. Yes sir WINE. After I explained to him the word he finally made his way to get me a glass. I also watched him make many women mixed drinks and wine over the time that I sat through my pedicure. Must be attending differently to the regulars? Smart. As no glass of box wine could ever make up for their poor service at the end of the day. I proceeded to get my manicure and attached are the photos of that a few hours after service- they speak for themselves. Don’t walk, run- away. And get nail polish remover on the way.”

My nails looked great and service was good too but they started lifting within a few days and a couple of them popped off while on vacation (less than 2 weeks after I got them done.) I paid $141.60 (including tip) for dip on my nails and a gel pedicure hoping it would last for my Christmas vacation through at least New Years Day. Not worth it, the nails don’t last.”

She cut 6/10 of my cuticles where I was bleeding, I’m still sore this morning. My hands were covered in glue and the powder and she never wiped it off, I couldn’t touch my phone they were so goopy, my nail techs hands kept sticking to mine. She was extremely rough and messy, I have shellac all over my hands still. The nails speak for themselves. All of them are bubbly and I am so upset with them and also how careless I was treated. These were for a business trip and for valentines. They look awful and I hate that I spent $70 on them.”
