“I moved to the area a few months ago and received a personal recommendation for Helen at this salon. At my first appointment, after waiting 25 minutes past my appointment time, I had to leave. The salon didn't apologize -- they simply rebooked me. If you work FT like me, this is a problem. But I am new to the area and thought it best to offer a second chance. At my second appointment, things went alright. The service started only 10 minutes past my appointment time, and although two nails needed to be redone, we got there in the end. My third appointment was just... bad. She cut my skin twice to the point that it bled, and she painted polish all over my cuticles and my skin (telling me to "just wash my hands a lot, that it would come off"). Don't waste your money.”
