“This was my first-time getting services at this nail shop and the quality of the work I received was not up to par for the amount of money that I had spent for a deluxe pedicure and short acrylic nails. It seems like the bare minimum was done when I got my nails done. The customer service was great but the quality sucked. My nails should not look like they need a fill the same day of getting them done.”

“I’ll start by saying I rarely post negative reviews, but hopefully this prevents against someone having the same experience. Monday evening I stopped in to get a dip fill before leaving for a trip early Tuesday morning. I didn’t have an appointment but there was only one other customer in there at the time and they had no problem getting me in. The woman that did my nails said that she had a better gray polish with gel and I should go with that instead. Right there was my biggest mistake in not following my instincts and getting dip as I have been repeatedly for years. The woman that did my nails was very friendly and attentive, and I even gave a 30% tip for my service as a result. She said her gel nails last for 2 weeks. By Tuesday morning of my trip (less than 12 hours from my service), one of my nails had the gel completely gone. A few hours later, another on the same hand. I just returned from my trip last night and I have zero gel left on any of my nails (4.5 days later!). My nails are completely brittle and dry and I now will be going to spend $60+ to get a completely new dip set done. Unfortunate to say the least. Go with your instincts of what you want.”

The salon invests in professional development and keeps up with industry trends through training and workshops. I visited this salon and loved it! I got the cateye nails and they are so beautiful!”

“I've previously been here and overall had a good experience. I went in today for a gel manicure and had pink nail polish on my nails. After the person performing my service removed the polish, there was still a significant amount of pink all around the edges. I pointed it out 2x before the gel polish was done and kept being told okay. After the gel was done and I again pointed it out, the solution was to cut the skin around my nails. Another person took over and continued to just cut the skin around my nail trying to remove it, but I still have pink that can be seen. I also had pink smeared on my fingers and had to request the person take it off. I won't be returning.”
